Accommodation & Rooms

The lodge features 25 guest tents arranged in two rows along the hillside, each standing on sturdy timber platforms designed to accommodate a maximum of two adults. Room types include spacious suites (capacity 3), interconnected rooms (capacity 5), and quadruple rooms (capacity 4). Each tent is meticulously furnished with either double or twin beds dressed with premium linens and mosquito netting, comfortable seating areas, and ample storage. In-room amenities include a telephone, tea-and-coffee station, mineral water, bathrobes, and hairdryer. The en-suite bathrooms feature flush toilets, washbasins with large mirrors, and spacious outdoor showers with hot and cold water. The lodge is conveniently accessible via a 30-minute road transfer from Seronera airstrip. This central location provides unparalleled access to key wildlife viewing areas including the Maasai kopjes, Seronera region (known for abundant wildlife), Grumeti River (famous for river crossings during migration), and the Museum of Olduvai Gorge. The property's strategic positioning ensures all major areas of the Serengeti are within reach, making it an ideal base for comprehensive safari exploration. Additional statutory concession fees of $59-$70.80 per person per night apply in addition to lodge rates and national park fees.
