Even at the cost of sounding cliché, it was the family vacation of a lifetime. Our safari guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the animals, vegetation and geography and due to the passion for his work we learned so much about the amazing impressions to which we were constantly exposed. Our driver was fast but safe and very efficient all the while also answering all the questions a curious family of 6 can ask. Being in constant contact with the same people throughout our stay made us feel as though we belonged to the extended Tanzanian family. I would not hesitate to suggest this group of people to anyone who wants an unforgettable journey of a lifetime. All I can say is have fun and say hello from Team Winter from Chur, Switzerland!!

Our tour was amazing starting with the whole staff. The safari was great because of all the animals we saw and the tour guides were understanding and doing their best so we could see every animal we wanted to see. Our guide put our interest at first, starting when the plane touched down until we got on the plane again. Still very thankful the whole trip.

Wonderful Safari Experience

We booked a 3-day, 2-night drive-in safari from Dar es Salaam with Crowned Wild Africa, staying at Selous Kinga Lodge, and everything went perfectly. From the very beginning, the trip was well organized and ran smoothly. All of the drivers were punctual and professional and knew exactly where we needed to go. Not once did we have to wait or wonder what was happening. The safari itself was absolutely incredible. We saw so many animals! Although we didn’t spot any leopards, our guide had already explained that leopard sightings can be rare due to their shy nature. Regardless, the experience was magical, we loved every moment of it. After a long day in the bush, arriving at Selous Kinga Lodge felt like coming home. We were greeted with warm smiles and a refreshing cold towel, a thoughtful gesture that immediately made us feel welcome and cared for. The food was fresh and delicious every single day. There was no set menu, so each meal was a surprise, but always a pleasant one! You can mention any dietary needs, and the kitchen staff will make sure you're well taken care of. A heartfelt thank you to Jackson for organizing such a wonderful safari. You truly made the experience special for us. We highly recommend Crowned Wild Africa to anyone looking for an unforgettable safari with personalized service and warm hospitality.
