Humphrey Mmbaga

Su Humphrey

Growing up in Moshi, at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, Humphrey developed a connection to Tanzania’s remarkable landscapes and natural beauty. Today, that connection has grown into a passion for sharing the magic of the African wilderness with travellers from around the world. For Humphrey, the bush is more than a workplace. It is a place of discovery, where every game drive brings something unexpected, every animal has a story, and even the quietest moments can become unforgettable. What he loves most is witnessing wildlife behaving naturally in its own environment and helping guests appreciate the little details they might otherwise miss, from animal tracks in the dust to the fascinating interactions between predators and prey. For Humphrey, no two safaris are ever the same, and that is what makes every day in the wild special. When he is out in the bush, his goal is simple: to turn every game drive into a meaningful experience, leaving guests with lasting memories of Tanzania’s extraordinary wildlife and landscapes.
