The complete tour was very well planned with no hiccups. Right from beginning, both Brighton & Webster were quick to reply to any query to our satisfaction. Flawless execution, I would say. We all really loved the entire trip & got nice team of drivers or guides on the tour. Of course at the Hwange game drive, we could not see much animals due to rains which was out of our hands still our guide, Lazarus, went extra mile to maximize the game viewing. Vic falls was magnificent even though it rained very less this year. Chobe day trip was excellent and all the transfers were smooth & nicely planned. The different operators you arranged were top class indeed. Again thanks to you Webster & Brighton for making this a memorable trip. Our regards to Enock, Lazarus & all. Highly recommended tour operator!

Fantastic, Knowledgeable and Deeply Caring hosts and tour guides!
DK tours picked us up at the border of Botswana and Zimbabwe and within 48 hours transformed our experience to one that would be unforgettable in a Life time. They did a wall to wall coverage of the most exciting activities without us having to ask anyone else around. They took care of all the picking and dropping off, stayed with us throughout the various activities etc. Their knowledge of all the local places, Victoria falls, one of the seven natural wonders of the world, the lion walk, the bungee jumping and zip line activities were found to be second to none. We also found them to be highly trustworthy. An example is they collected the money from us for all the activities we were interested in doing and they made the reservations. These were all at list prices as quoted by the activity vendors on their website. On the day of activities, when Webster (owner/manager of DK tours) found out that there was a special discount of 20% that the vendor were offering he refunded us that amount in US dollars at the end of the day. It gave us so much comfort that DK tours were deeply caring. They also facilitated finding the best restaurants to go to during those two days as some of us were vegetarians and some are fish. All in all the best guides and tour company we have experienced in recent time. When you reach out to them ask for Webster. Enoch is the specific guide who accompanied us. Both were standout individuals.

I only use DK Tours- Webster is the BEST
We had a great experience with Webster of DK Tours and Safaris. He went above and beyond with transportation and even provided ponchos for us at the falls. We loved our rafting experience too! I bring people to Zimbabwe from the US and I always use Webster because he takes such great care of us!

Friendly and Professional
I used DK Tours for all my Excursions in Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana while staying in Zimbabwe. The excursions included the below which I did in 4 days. All I had to do is tell Owen what I wanted to do and he arranged the transfers and excursions for me. He was more than willing to also communicate with me through WhatsApp to answer all my questions. He was very interactive. All my excursions went as planned and I fully enjoyed everything. 1. Zipline at falls 2. Morning Tram 3. Devils pool with lunch 4. Four course dinner cruise 5. Dinner at lookout cafe 6. Boma dinner and drum show 7. Victoria falls tour of both the zimbabwe and zambian side with livingstone museum 8. Chobe day tour with safari, river cruise and lunch 9. Helicopter flight over the falls 12-13min The price quoted by DK Tours were also very reasonable, I'm an auditor so really did my homework on pricing. DK Tours were Top 3 in pricing out of 9 Quotes and by far the best reviews out of the three. To get to Zambia from Zimbabwe you need to cross a bridge which I really wanted to walk on for some photo opportunities instead of driving over it. This was however not part of my tour but Owen was so accommodating by taking a walk with me for free to ensure im taken care off, he even carried my bag to enable me to easily take my photos. The Zambian guide arranged by DK tours was also very friendly and professional. He offered to also carry my backpack during the Victoria Falls Tour so I can easily take photos. I had a whole minivan for myself the whole day. The Angels pool was also amazing. I was escourted on all my excursions with a minivan which was quite comfortable. Webster from DK Tours were my Tour guide on the Zimbabwe side of the Victoria Falls. He was professional, and has a lot of knowledge about the Victoria Falls. Webster was also very helpful by taking many of my photos at the falls, being a single traveler this was of great help. Enoch drove me to some of my excursings, he was very friendly and a real pleasure to meet. I must say I was treated very well by DK Tours, being a single traveller I really had nothing to worry about. Webster the owner even came to greet me on my last evening to say goodbye. Thanks DK Tours

Amazing , just above expectations
It was a first time with this company. It was an individual tour just for my family. It wasn’t a first safari for me but for my husband and daughter it was the first time African tour: safari and sightseeing. From meeting us at airport and returning us back to airport, we felt absolutely safe and comfortable with our tour operator. Webster is amazing, he was communicating with me before the tour and during the tour. He was answering all my questions during booking, making changes after the booking and during our visit provided us with excellent customer service and making adjustments as I requested besides the scheduled activities. The accommodations were very unexpected especially being in the middle of the jungle/ nowhere. When I stepped into my room at the lodge, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my room and plumbing. It was way above my expectations. Food was perfect. Our game driver was simply amazing. Maybe it was us but we saw almost all animals from the list. We met some other groups and they were complaining about not seeing any animals in the park. After Going to the different park in the different country and we were fortunate to get another superb game driver who gave us another great safari experience. I took a lot of photos of animals. The other part of our tour was sightseeing: waterfall was great, we took advantage of additional opportunities to take a helicopter ride over the waterfall. Local cuisine restaurant with entertainment and hotel was great. Always we felt safe and welcome and any place we stayed. If you are interested in safari and sightseeing tour I would definitely recommend this tour operator. Another thing is it was pretty much affordable for what we received.

Professional, reliable and awesome
We chose DK Tours for our road trip around Zimbabwe after reading the excellent reviews and ratings from varied review sites and I have to say we could not be happier with our choice. My partner, Baz (being an ex-Zimbabwean) had not been back for over 20 years. He wanted to go down memory lane as well as show me around. We found a DK Tour trip that covered many places we wished to visit so Baz then made enquiries with Webster in regard to personalising the trip. Webster was prompt with his replies and most obliging and accommodating with changes and personalisation of the trip to suit our needs. He came up with sensible suggestions and places to visit that we hadn’t thought of then emailed us an itinerary that sounded amazing. We had the best trip ever. We covered most of Zimbabwe from Mana Pools, Lake Kariba, Eastern Highlands, Zimbabwe Ruins, Hwange National Park to Victoria Fall/ Chobe with many other places visited, too numerous to mention. The accommodation Webster booked for us was first class. We stayed in amazing Lodges, glamped in Tents, two nights on a Houseboat and luxurious Hotels. Meals were delicious, beds comfortable and rooms very clean. The whole trip ran like clockwork, each day filled with so many things to see and do. We could not have done this without Webster. He went above and beyond constantly for us always making sure we were safe and happy. He climbed mountains, walked the sky walk, went on Safaris and handled difficult situations for us. He patiently drove us everywhere Baz requested whilst revisiting old memories in Harare and Bulawayo. He even chased down some earrings I thought I had lost and somehow got them back to me. He was a very good driver. He knew the local conditions and manoeuvred expertly through them. We always felt safe. But most of all he was just a lovely, lovely man who we were sorry to say goodbye to at the end of the trip. I thoroughly recommend DK Tours and Safaris to anyone who would like to experience the amazing world of Africa. We had so many treasured and memorable moments and we will always be grateful to Webster for bringing this magical holiday to fruition for us.

He was informative, professional and very patient.
From the first contact with Webster, he was professional, informative and very patient answering many questions for me. This was a special birthday trip customized for my sister and I. Webster has the best staff and contractors. Nothing was too much trouble for them. From game viewing of the animals in their natural habitat, to bush meals, river cruises, mokoro excursion into the Okavango Delta, school and village visit, Victoria Falls viewing, close encounters with the elephants at Elephant Sands, the itinerary was amazing. Accommodations and meals were varied and authentic. Africa has captured our hearts. We will be forever grateful to Webster and DK Tours for the trip of a lifetime. Thank you so much for the memories.

Knowledgeable and highly professional. Very organized.
Three of us senior ladies took the 8-day Victoria Falls, Chobe NP, and Okavango Delta trip, starting in Vic Falls and ending in Maun in June 2024. DK Tours (owned by Webster and headquartered in Vic Falls) is very organized and highly professional. Pickups, dropoffs and daily schedules are timely and reliable. He has been guiding in southern Africa for decades. He produces a very useful informational brochure tailored to the needs/schedule of each client. Botswana is a huge country and much of the tour is on the road and Webster (who was also our guide) is an excellent driver in a fairly new SUV. The lodgings are fine and good value for the price. On our trip the Travel Lodge was substituted for the riverside Chobe Safari Lodge as the latter was undergoing repairs but it was fine. The tents on stilts at Elephant Sands are unique and unforgettable – the elephants charge into the wallow and you can hear their conversations all night. Most meals were buffet-style so food was varied and abundant. Note that if you visit in the African winter it gets down to freezing temps for early-morning activities so dress in layers. Game drives (and the mokoro trip in the Okavango) are outsourced to local guides in the parks who are keen to show off the local animals, but this is done carefully and without harassing the wildlife. Good guides can sense the mood of wildlife and avoid confronting, for example, elephants or lions having a bad day. Minor changes can be made to the set DK tour – for example, we asked to visit the San people and the salt pan outside Gweta and this request was accommodated for a reasonable added cost. Included in the trip are several river trips on the Zambezi and Chobe rivers that are relaxing and also showcase river game like hippos, buffalo, and crocs and various birds. To sum up, DK Tours takes excellent care of its clients and provided our group with a most memorable and exciting trip. Outside the tour itinerary in Victoria Falls we took a “walking with lions” tour and a similar one at Wild Horizon Elephant Sanctuary, both of which Webster set up for us. These were wonderful and we would highly recommend you look into them too – how often in life do you get to pet a lion or feed an elephant?

DK Tours offers unforgettable journeys with care, reliability, and local expertise.
It was an unforgettable trip. We came all the way from Japan, and DK Tours provided a well-organized itinerary and kind, professional service throughout the journey, including comfortable transportation. From the thrilling Angel’s Pool experience at Victoria Falls to hearing lions and impalas at night during the mobile safari in Chobe National Park, every day was full of excitement. The overnight tour in Makgadikgadi Pan was truly magical, and we also enjoyed the relaxing time at Okavango Brewery and a luxurious hotel in Maun. Each day brought us new discoveries, beautiful sunsets, delicious food, and precious time with our family. Special thanks to our guide Webster, who supported us from the planning stage to the end of the tour with great care and knowledge. We highly recommend DK Tours to travelers from Japan and beyond — you will be well taken care of and experience the true beauty of Botswana.

Tour among wildlife and ancient monuments
We had fun with Webster in his 12 days tour starting from Victoria Falls, Chobe National Park and others most important Park in Zimbabwe, as well as ancient monument and ruins of the civilization of peoples who lived in that area before the European colonization. Webster is an expert guide and a prudent driver, he always takes care of his guests and knows where bring you to find out the big five, for example with the help of three rangers armed we have seen a family of three white Rhino graze peacefully in the bush. Excellent the choice of the hotels and lodges all with pole in particular at Hwange N.P (where in the night elephants, baboons end gazelles walk free in the back yard of the lodge) or the Lodge of Ancient City at Great Zimbabwe where the architecture of the lodge is the same of the ancient monuments. The tour ended at Hare where we sow the crowed and large market.

Terrific!
We had three tours with Webster - the Zambezi river cruise, the rhino walk on the Zambian side, and the private tour in Chobe National Park in Botswana. The communication with Webster before the trip was effortless, and he helped us choose the various trips. Webster and the people who worked with him were punctual and polite. They were also all well-informed about the area and the wildlife. I even had some good chats with Webster about life in Zimbabwe, the politics, and such. Webster even went out of the way to take us to eateries in Victoria Falls. In all, our stay in Victoria Falls was made great by Webster and his team.

Superb - cannot recommend highly enough.
We did the 8-day tour through Vic Falls, Chobe, Makgadikgadi Pans and Okavango Delta. We had the most fantastic trip with Webster and his team. We were a family of 4 - grandmother, mum and two teenagers (14 & 16). Communication with Webster right from the first enquiry was great. He answered quickly and helped accommodate our requests. In Victoria Falls Webster took us on the tour of the falls. They are truly breathtaking. The next day, Webster organised for 3 of us (not granny!) to do a bungee jump off the bridge - we cannot recommend this enough!!! Webster helped book us a table at the Lookout cafe. This is a really special place to eat and shouldn’t be missed. All of Webster’s advice and suggestions, such as recommendations for restaurants, were superb. Our time in Chobe was incredible. We saw so many animals and had varied trips - boats, car, early morning. Our favourites were the hippos and a huge pride of lions. We then travelled to the Makgadikgadi Pans. It wasn’t the season for much wildlife but we still saw ostriches, wildebeest and zebra. The sunset was stunning. The Okavango Delta was spectacular. We had a day trip in the Mokoro boats with a safari walk. This was probably the least exciting part of the trip. We did see hippos but not a lot of other wildlife. Webster booked a helicopter trip over the Delta and this was AMAZING! We would really recommend this over a plane trip as you can see so much more through the open doors. Overall this trip was truly fantastic and we can’t recommend it enough. Here are a few tips for if you are considering this trip: - your hotels may change from the itinerary. Don’t worry as all the hotels Webster books are fantastic. - check the day’s itinerary with Webster as we were caught out when we had a full day safari which we had thought was only a half day (we’d have taken slightly different things with us.) - do a helicopter over the Okavango Delta! - add an extra day in Maun/Okavango delta in order to do a game drive. This is the only thing we wished we’d done, but didn’t. - do a bungee off the Victoria Falls bridge! - go for lunch at the Lookout Cafe and enjoy the spectacular views of the falls and bridge. - go for the Boma dinner, it was great fun. However, take care of your valuables and keep them with you at all times. We unfortunately had some money stolen from our bag when we were dancing. We are pretty sure it was our waiter. Thank you Webster and team for a truly unforgettable holiday :-)

Caring, highly professional, knowledgeable and accommodating
DK Tours really stands out on excellent service from the minute the first contact was made on whatsapp. Owen provided good recommendations and options to suit our budget. Webster personally welcomed us when we arrived at the DK Home. Enoch is a trusted guide and driver, everyone in town seems to know him. We managed to cover all 4 countries in 6 days without stress. I will definitely recommend DK Tours to my friends.

Professional local operator, Enoch a great guide
We did a 9 day safari circuit across Botswana and Zimbabwe organised by the DK Tours team. They did a superb job organising great accommodation and at more favourable rates compared to us booking ourselves. Throughout, Webster, Owen, Brighton and the team communicated promptly and tailored the itinerary to our requirements. For those booking in future, I recommend you talk things through with the team as they are able to specifically tailor based on what is of most interest. There is more flexibility than I anticipated to adjust the base schedule. The best part of the trip was the time we spent with our guide Enoch. He was a wonderful host, has extraordinary knowledge of the flora & fauna and wants to give his clients the best experience. If we were doing the trip again, we would definitely have spent more time exploring Hwange as we spent most of our time in the Botswana parks.

Excellent service and value for money
As always, DK Tours has exceeded my expectations as the go to tourism company for a wholesome safari/vacation experience in Zimbabwe and Botswana. This is an account of my most recent visit from May 29 -June 5, 2022. This is a very long review and l hope it’s reassuring if you are having doubts about booking with DK Tours :) Day 1: The trip started with an airport pickup to my accommodations. Day 2: Was in the form of a next day guided tour of the majestic Mosi-oa-Tunya/ Victoria Falls. I was quite happy to have someone take the pictures. Trust me, you will want someone to take them! This was my first time traveling to Victoria Falls in June and the amount of water falling was truly amazing! I remember jokingly comparing the Falls to the Niagara Falls in Canada with another tourist who was visiting from New York. In his words, ‘the Victoria Falls are much better because they are all natural’ and we have the pictures to prove it! This was followed by lunch at the LookOut Cafe, the Lookout burger is to die for and the views, oh my! Day 3: This was a more relaxed day to shake of the jet lag and exploring the city followed by a splendid dinner at Boma and some drinks at 3 Monkeys. Day 4: The day started pretty early with a drive to the Zim/Botswana Kazungula border and there was plenty of wildlife along the way peeping from the darkness. We arrived at the border at day break, just as the border opened, and were picked ip from the Botswana side by Kidi, beginning our early morning Game drive. They say the earliest bird picks the fattest worm, which is probably why we were quite likely to run into a pride of 16 lions! This was my first close encounter with lions and by the end of the day the count had gone up to 20! No other group had seen that many by end of day. We had more close encounters with elephants, giraffes, impala, kudu, buffalo and hippos! My only regret was not seeing zebras that day (but there’s plenty of zebras at the Hwange National Park). We had buffet lunch in a lovely Lodge along the river and had a cruise after lunch. It was amazing to see the wildlife from the water side and elephants dipping in and playing in the water and a gorgeous sunset to end the day. We were then taken back across the body and slept the rest of the way after a very long, amazing day! Day 5: The last day in Victoria Falls was topped by a 15 minute helicopter ride over the falls. As much as l loved the Falls from the ground, the view is even much breathtaking and better from the sky. You can even spot the devils pool which is on the Zambian side. The ride ended with a fly over the national park (l think) where we spotted some giraffes and elephants. At that point, l was satisfied with the entire trip with all expectations met. In summary, this is worth the money and will leave you with stories to tell for a lifetime. If you are not sure, ask DK Tours for recommendations, including the best time to visit. I hope that’s helpful. All the best!
