We booked our safari to Masai mara through Julia, She was very professional and welcoming. The communication channel before and during the safari was seamless. An incredible safari thanks to Julia from Nuvole Tours. She has been very helpful and always was in touch to make sure things were smooth. Nuvole Tours can organise the entire safari from A to Z including guide, related fees, accommodation etc. We have also asked for practical info (weather, mosquitos, best reccomandations) and Julia was always available and supportive. This contributed to a magical yet unic safari in Kenya! For our last day we also requested to NT to organise a visit to Elephant orphelin center and giraffe conservation center, everything was organised quickly and properly. Thank you for the experience, hope to come back one day! And I would definitely recommend Nuvole Tours!

Our safari experience was truly magical, and it was all made possible thanks to an exceptional team. A heartfelt thank you to James, our guide – an extraordinary person: extremely knowledgeable, attentive to details, always with a smile on his face and a joke ready to brighten our day. He answered every single question we had and made us feel safe and comfortable at all times. On top of that, he patiently and skillfully drove us to the very best spots in the Maasai Mara so we could see the wildlife in their natural habitat: lions resting on rocks, lionesses seeking shade, elephants crossing the savannah, graceful giraffes, and herds of wildebeest on migration. James also played an essential role in one of the most beautiful moments of my life – my marriage proposal. He carefully hid the flowers and found the perfect spot for this unique moment, right in the heart of the African wilderness. Julia took care of absolutely everything: from selecting the flowers and coordinating the entire plan to arranging our transfers to and from the airport. We felt like we were living inside a National Geographic documentary – but with us in the middle of the action.
