Heartwarming, cost-effective

Before talking about my safari experience, let me first talk about why I chose African Flowers Adventures. One is that it includes airfare to and from Zanzibar, and the other is that it's reasonably priced. In fact, I was worried after paying the deposit because African Flowers Adventures is a newly established company and there are no reviews about in China. I even doubted whether it was a real company. But later, salesman Melvin gave me a lot of confidence, because he responded to all my questions one by one and let me know that he was following up on my matter, which undoubtedly gave me a great sense of security. Salespeople are really important, especially for a newly established company! Until I arrived in Arusha and met the receptionist Wines and the driver (I knew his name, but I'm not sure if I spelled it correctly), I was 100% relieved. They are very nice！ When I visited the local market in Arusha, wines kept protecting me, which really touched me. Of course, the safari experience was also very good. We gathered Big Five in 4 days 3 nights! My safari driver Jackson and chef Osmen are also very, very good. Compared with the safari experience, what impressed me more deeply was the friendship between China and Tanzania ~ This memory is very precious!

Well organised

Everything was well organised during our trip. We had a few different guides during the trip, but the organiser checked in every day to see if everything was okay. One mistake happened in the itinerary, but this was fixed very fast after sending a message.

The value for money was by far the best we found. The operator was fast to respond, even checked up on us during the trip and everything was organised smoothly. The guide was a professional and went above and beyond to care for our safety and experience. We saw so many beautiful animals and the nature was breathtaking. When anything went wrong you could always just sit back and everything was resolved in a heartbeat. 😊 Overall I highly recommend this company. It was a sublime trip and all thanks to them.🙏

In short the Safari was both Adventurous and unforgettable.

When my family and I were thinking a place to spend Christmas holiday, Tanzania came in mind, with our tour operator:Tanzania African Safaris, we made it. Made the most important part of our trip absolutely delightful!

We chose African Flowers Adventures because the tour they planned suited myself and my girlfriend more than those of other companies. We chose a four day adventure, including a hike at Materuni waterfall at Kilimanjaro, and safaris at Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire and Arusha National Parks. Winnie was super accommodating, allowing us to alter the selected hotels and helping us with flights. We spoke over the phone to clarify some details, and then emailed in the lead up to the trip, which made me excited and comfortable. If it hasn’t been said already, I’d like to coin the phrase “you’re only as good as your guide” when it comes to safari. Well, with African Flowers Adventures, they seem to choose the best. We had Jackson who was with us for the full day at Kilimanjaro. We couldn’t have wished for a better start, from the moment we were picked up at Arusha airport we had a blast! Our guides at the national parks were Eli and Mickey, both of whom were extremely knowledgeable, energetic and positive. Safari can be a long day, so having these three with us really did make our trip. Winnie came to visit us at our hotel during our first evening to explain our safari over the coming days. This was a lovely, personal touch which we really appreciated. Both myself and my girlfriend would wholeheartedly recommend African Flower Adventures and Winnie. When we are back at our desks in London, we will be dreaming of our time on this safari. Thank you to the entire team involved, we are incredibly happy with how it went. Best wishes, Tom and Millie!

Perfect Safari

We had a great experience with our Serengeti safari through African flowers adventures. We booked with them because everything was included: flights from and to Zanzibar, transportation, accommodation, food, safari and a guide! Everything went smoothly, we had the time of our lives! Just stepping into the kingdome of Lion King

The trip was so excellent! The drivers were so fun and kind, every meal was good. We are 15 people in a gruop from the South Korea, they were satisfied and happy for the trip. The price was also reasonable and good for us! Even it was our first time to Serengeti, because of delights in the trip, it made small things of uncomfortable handle ourselves.

Perfect planning and wonderful experience!

We had a 5 days tour (Arusha-Ngorongoro-Tarangire-Manyara-Materuni) and every day has been wonderful and also funny. Wines has aswered to all our questions and supported us during all the time (before and after the booking, and also during the safari). Everything was perfectly scheduled. We had no problems with flights, transfers, guides, hotels / lodge. I highly recommend this company: Wines and her team are reliable and they really care about costumer's experience.

My husband and I did a 6 day Safari to Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Tangire. We booked our Safari with Winnie. The safari was well organised in advance, and despite the political unrest, we felt we were in good hands with Winnie. She took good care of us. Our guide James took care of us and we got the possibility to see so much animals. It was a great experience! We also had a very nice chef for cooking! The food was excellent. I highly recommend this company for booking!

I have to say that ALL the tour guides and drivers were excellent. I am impressed with the overall logistics and organizatio of all the pick up, drop offs, they had everything under control. A dpecial thanks to: Rogarth for always replying promptly to my questions and being helpful with all my questions. Our drivers: Mayunga who was knowledgeable, kind, funny and made two of my 4 days lots of fun. Eli was very kind and soft spoken and knowledgeable. Jackson was wonderful, kind and so professional and made sure I made it to the airport on time. Great guy! Melvin who helped me out with my booking and was a very sweet and softspoken gentleman. Ibrahim was fun and welcomed me from the airport and made my ride from the airport a mini DJ /music ride to our guides alot of fun. Very responsive, and accommodating.

Was a great experience. Amari, our guide was very knowledgeable, and made it his mission to try and give us the best possible experience. I highly recommend that if you want to do a hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti, you book it within your safari. As I found it way more convenient, and between $50-$100 cheaper than other balloon companies. Would highly recommend booking with this company.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Promt responses to our queries which were all accomodated. The tour organiser met with us the day before the tour to welcome us and answer any questions. This was a two day safari and we managed to see the big 5 and all other animals. Huge shout to Boas, the tour guide who was excellent, explained all in detail, he was very friendly, profesional, knowledgeable. He is an aset to this company.
