• Information about tour operators and their offerings
• A quote request system to connect travelers with operators
• Reviews and ratings from past travelers
• Travel information and resources

Important: SafariFind acts as an intermediary platform. We do not operate safari tours ourselves. All bookings and travel arrangements are made directly between you and the tour operator.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Quote Requests and Bookings

When you submit a quote request through SafariFind:

• Your information will be shared with the selected tour operator(s)
• Operators may contact you directly to discuss your requirements
• Any booking you make is a contract between you and the tour operator
• SafariFind is not a party to any booking agreement
• Payment terms, cancellation policies, and other conditions are set by the tour operator

5. Tour Operator Listings

We make reasonable efforts to verify tour operators on our platform, including checking business credentials and licenses. However:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of all operator information
• We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by operators
• Reviews and ratings reflect the opinions of individual users
• We recommend conducting your own due diligence before booking

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
• Submit fake reviews or ratings
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SafariFind, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SafariFind or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SafariFind is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform
• We are not responsible for safari tour experiences provided by operators
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any)

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SafariFind, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.
