Best time
June to October is generally the most practical period across much of East and Southern Africa. Kenya and Tanzania can also suit migration-focused trips from July to November. Heavy rain may make some Kenyan routes difficult from March to May.
Typical duration
There is no SafariFind itinerary currently available. A published Botswana example lasts six nights, with 40 to 70 kilometres of cycling per day. Other trips vary by route, fitness level and how much vehicle-based safari is included.
