Frequently asked questions
How do I join as a guide?+
Guides join by invitation from a safari company on SafariFind. Ask the company you guide for to add you under Guides in their operator portal and invite you by email.
Does it cost anything?+
No. The guide portal is free for guides.
Can I use an email that already has a SafariFind account?+
No. A guide account is separate from traveller and operator accounts, so the invitation needs an email address that isn't registered on SafariFind yet.
Who can see my photos and videos?+
Travellers see the captures you choose to show, on your profile and on the trips you lead. You can hide or delete any capture at any time.
Who can review me?+
Travellers signed in to SafariFind. Reviews from people with a booking or inquiry with your company publish straight away and are marked verified. Others are checked by our team first.
