I'm a lover of nature and travelling.Recently I booked a safari with Banok .They made me an itinerary for my 6 days and what I'd say is they outdid themselves.They offered the best accomodations,their safari vehicles were up to the standard.The customer care is on another level as they kept calling to check on us during our stay.I did Kenya and I'm planning to do Tanzania next and I cannot wait to use them again.I am a happy client

Banok is Perfection

Banok has been organizing our trips for years and again they came thru flawlessly. From initial planning to end of the tour transfer back to the airport Ben, Operator of Banok, provided excellent service. And, the price isn’t exorbitantly expensive like other tour companies. He is very sensitive with costs that reflects the clients ability to afford it. We were very content with the whole production of the tour. We stayed at luxury camps and they were superb. Our Game drive guide Willie, whom I’ve known for the last 5 years was excellent and bent over backwards to please us with whatever was needed or wanted. Never go wrong with Banok. From planning to execution Banok was perfect!

Tour operator, Ben of Banok Safari Tours organized our Kenya tour of 13 days to Amboselli Natl Park, Samburu Reserve, Mt. Kenya Park, Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Naivosha Lake Park and the Masai Mara National Reserve with guide, Willie. I’ve gone on tours with Willie four times now. He is an excellent safari guide who has eyes like a hawk and spots animals so well. Willie knows my interests in big cats like lions, cheetahs and leopards. Banok called Willie everyday to check how our tour was going. They will make any wrong right and their tour price is very reasonable staying at luxury tents and camps. I’m planning another tour with them next year. Thank you Banok and thank you Willie!

We planned for Kenya Safaris nearly one year, and searching the travel company and guide which suitable for us, after a few chatting with different travel company, Banok is the one who can design and suggest the best itinerary in reasonable value for us, We are impressed which Benson's quick reply, professional opinion and let us enjoy touring in Kenya. During dry season, chasing for Africa Big Five is our main goal, We only take a few Game Drives within 3 days and our dream come true, it is not a easy job but the Guide "Eric" is so professional, good experience, service and safety / comfortable driving during our 10 days in Kenya. Not only chasing, he also try his best to let us have a good position to have a good view good angle to see the subjects. Accommodation is nice, depends on our budget, we are all feel satisfactory, F&B are good at all. We have night game drive, balloon riding, Bush Breakfast, and Sundowner at Masai Mara, romantic and unforgettable moment. Excellent tour, great guides, great facilities but some planning issues

We are a late 60's couple from New Jersey. Benson put together an excellent 16 day personal tour for my wife and I. We travelled from Nairobi across southern Kenya to the Massai Mara and then south to Tanzania, the Serengeti, and many other national parks. Benson arranged for a separate tour company (Raven Tours) to escort us through Tanzania. Finally, our Banok guide met us at the Namanga border crossing near Amboseli National Park to finish our tour and return us to Nairobi Airport. Both transfers at the international borders went smoothly thanks to the guides. Both guides were excellent and really made the trip a once in a lifetime experience. We cannot recommend Robert in Kenya (for Banok Tours) and Rajabu (Roger) in Tanzania (for Raven Tours) highly enough! In all cases, the accommodations and meals were excellent. Facilites were always clean and comfortable. We stayed in both lodges and glamping tent sites. All rooms and tents had running water and flush toilets, even in the most remote areas. We were scheduled for a hot air balloon trip in Tanzania which we had paid for in advance. Unfortunately, it had to be canceled due to very high winds. Benson arranged for a complete refund for us before we left Tanzania. The reason for the 4 star rating comes from the tour planning. Although most days went as planned, there were some instances where we could not visit a park or wildlife area as planned because travel times and distances were much greater than had been indicated in our tour itinerary, requiring us to forgo a stop or shorten a visit. Our tour guides worked out the kinks in the itinerary as needed. Roger was particularly helpful in this regard. Overall it was the an excellent experience and the tour of a lifetiime. We would certainly go with Benson and Banok tours again.

Courteous and well thought out communication.

Ben was a pleasure to deal with, from the conversations on the phone during quoting to the multiple steps troubleshooting payment (issues on my end and not with Banok). Most importantly, Ben had every single detail planned for my wife and I. He put us together with a Masai guide (James) for our safari drives and we managed to spot the big 5 in our first drive. There were moments where I had thought I had missed something (transportation from the air strip in the Masai Mara to our camp for example), but Ben had thought of that even though I never asked him about it. I cannot recommend Banok enough, and will certainly be advising family and friends to use Banok Safari for when they visit Kenya.

3 wonderful days in the Masai Mara

I had a wonderful three-day safari in the Masai Mara. The nature is magnificent, and we saw many animals. Our guide, Eric, was very kind and explained everything to us. The lodge was clean and comfortable, and the food was good. I really enjoyed the safaris, especially the morning ones. It was a short trip, but truly special. I hope to come back! Very professional, excellent service

Everything was perfect from start to end! We were a group of 5 people who planned this trip over a year in advance and we wanted a good safari for 8 days during Christmas season. Mr. Benson from Banok Safaris was very patient with our requests, providing a very personalized experience. We had a wonderful time visiting Masai mara, lake Nakuru, Amboseli and tsavo west with our guide David who was superb on his Job. Our sightings included a leopard eating a gazelle in a tree, lions eating a zebra, lions mating, White rhinos at Lake Nakuru, Elephant herds, and lots of vultures and other birds and also not forgetting a visit to Natural spring water at Mzima springs. All hotels were clean and well appointed: hot showers, great food and awesome staff. We enjoyed a lot our experience. We are planning in returning in Kenya in the future and definitely we are going to contact again Banok Safaris, I also hope to see Mr. Benson and his great team in the future. I recommend Banok Safaris, book with them.

Our top guide Eric is professional and friendly. Eric not oly chased big fives by only a few game drives in the first few days, but also drives smoothly and safely. He always try his best to let us have a good position to have a good view and good angle to see the subjects. The night game drive at Ol Pejeta was amazing. Top notch and Fantastic Safari Experts!

This was my first safari, invited to join my sisters on an incredible journey of discovery in the wilderness. Words cannot describe how excited and grateful to witness this experience of my lifetime. The game drives memories were composed of awesome stories especially the time we were stuck in mud, how we managed to get out after 2 or more hours in the sweltering heat. Another time, help came from other jeeps who heard our cry for help thru the walkie talkies and to watch them in astonishment and the rescuers were relentless, as no one was left behind. I was able to achieve the Big Five sightings in 2 days! I was lucky and thanks to Willie, his spotting expertise and knowledge I can say it was amazing! Thank you Banok Safaris, I will truly recommend you and return in the future. My 12 days safari was definitely an unforgettable trip to remember forever!!

We had an amazing Honeymoon Safari in Masai Mara. Ben from Banok Safafi made us an incredible offer i couldnt match with my own search. We stayed 4 Days and 3 Nights at Amani Mara Camp, an absolut TOP NOTCH Camp.. expensive but it was definately worth it... the staff adapted everything acording our wishes and the camp is located at an incredible spot with a stunning view in the savanne. Right in front of the camp are about 70 Hippo's in the River and also a few Crocodiles. Foodies will love the amazing 3-4 course menues of high quality food... my wife is vegetarian and i'm a meat lover. As important as the Camp is the Tour guide ... James (A local Massai) drove us with his OPEN SIDED Offroad Land Cruiser through the huge Mara theretory. He was well experienced and knew litterly all spots.. we saw lots of Lions mating, the Lapard and also the Cheetas hunting. Ben also orgsnized us a Fly IN/Out package... which saves you 6hours of exhausting driving from Nairobi to the Mara.. absolutely worth. All in all it was just amazing...
