We planned booked and payed a safari with Lutara one month before. We flew to Nairobi, in the night before departure they cancelled the safari. We needed nearly six months to get our money back. And only because we had a lot of people who helped us. Influential people who put pressure on the company. Avoiding is the best you can do. Sad, that they are still in the market, with such buisness behaviour
