We took 2 safaris with Moran—Maasai Mara & Nairobi National Park. The drivers, Andrew and Felix were great—they were experts at finding game to see. Moses and Andrew taught us a lot about African wildlife. We had lots of fun on both game drives. We definitely recommend them!

Truly amazing!

The tour was so amazing! We had a wonderful experience! We learned so much about the Masai Mara and Kenya. The food was delicious, and the accommodation was really cool and unique! The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the itinerary said we would eat lunch by the Mara River (which sounded like so much fun!) but this was not the case.

Brilliant Masai Mara Experience

We did a 3D/2N trip to the Masai Mara and thoroughly enjoyed it and saw lots of wildlife. Our driver/guide John was awesome, we couldn’t have asked for better. The trip was organised well and easily, and communication was quick. Thank you!

Action packed 2-day safari

In less than two days, I rode a bike through Hells Gate, took a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, walked among giraffes and zebras on Crescent Island, and did a game drive in Lake Nakuru National park where we saw lions, rhinos, a leopard and lots of other animals. If you only have a short amount of time in Kenya and want to make the most of it, I definitely recommend this tour! My driver, Daniel, was very accomodating, and Moses stayed in communication from start to finish. Great experience!

Action packed safari in Maasai Mara!!!

It was a truly amazing experience! Moses and Dennis began the tour with so much energy (it was 7AM when they picked us up) creating a positive experience from the beginning. Dennis experience and expertise navigating the park, ensured we saw a plethora of animals (lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, giraffes etc.) and felt very secure in the vehicle. For our two-day safari we had 9-hours of game drive, four meals included, one night stay, a visit to a Maasai village, and transport back to Nairobi. If you're planning on doing a safari, Moran Discoveries & Tours is the company to go with!!!

We had a wonderful 9-day safari organized by Moran Discoveries & Tours in November, covering Nairobi, Lake Naivasha, Masai Mara in Kenya, and Serengeti and Ngorongoro in Tanzania. The itinerary was a well-designed mid-range option for our group of four (two couples), offering a good balance between comfort and adventure. From the start, Moses was very knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive — even before the trip began. Our game drivers in both Kenya and Tanzania were very skilled and experienced, and thanks to them we saw a wide range of animals, including the Big Five. The accommodations throughout the journey were spot-on: comfortable, high-quality lodges and camps. The food was good as well. Everything was organized smoothly, so we didn’t have to worry about any logistics. Even during a challenging moment with unrest in Tanzania after the elections, Moses stayed with us and made sure we felt safe throughout the journey. Overall, this was a memorable experience. We compared many offers beforehand, and Moran Discoveries & Tours offered a good ratio of price to quality. We fully recommend Moran Discoveries & Tours. Maasai Mara game drive

Moses was incredibly professional, honest, and kind a true expert in planning and coordination. Andrew, our driver and guide, was the best driver we could’ve asked for! Thanks to his sharp eyes and deep understanding of the wild, we were lucky to witness all of the Big Five and even saw the breathtaking river crossing of migrating zebras and gnus. The entire trip was handled with care, patience, and warmth. We recommend them with all our hearts, unforgettable memories for a single mum with two teenage sons!

Tailor-made Safari

We had a great time with Moran Tours. Very flexible to satisfy every wishes we asked, always prepared on finding a solution to resolve any problem. It’s clear that they got used to doing safaris with clients from all over the world, very able to find the rarest and best animals in their wildlife. Driver was very good at driving safely, even in the chaotic traffic of Nairobi. The guide always capable of answering and explaining widely any question asked. They are able to make you a tailor-made safari based on your requests.

He did his job very well. However, could have been a bit more interactive and cheerful.

The trip was well organized. On the two-day safari we managed to see 4 out of the big five except for the rhino. The camp we stayed in was very comfortable and the food was good. I would, however, recommend bringing your own snacks, as lunch was around 3 PM while breakfast was at 5:30 AM.
