Best Organizer & Incredible Knowledgeable Guide
We just finished our safari tour and couldn't be happier. Our guide, Gama, was absolutely outstanding - incredibly knowledgeable, with a true eagle eye for spotting even the most hidden animals. He was always cheerful, fun, and genuinely empathetic, which made the whole experience even more memorable. The price was fair for what we got, and we'll definitely recommend this tour (and Gama) to friends and family. Highly recommended!

From the initial contact via email to the last day of travel everything was perfectly hand-picked, communications were always easy, the tour guides were wise and helpful. A great shout out for our wise safari guide, Gama. I highly recommend this safari company

Extremely Well Organized
We enjoyed a 3 generation family tour with Natalia Safari Tours - 7 days February, 2026. Our guide, Donald is the absolutely. The tour was extremely well organized. All transfers, accommodations and communication were managed expertly. Every day on safari with Wilson was incredible. His driving skills are fantastic and his knowledge of the wildlife, geography, and culture enriched our vacation in so many ways. I especially appreciate his interest and rapport with our 9 year old grandson. Thank you!

Very good, helpful and professional
The tour was very good, safe driving, and good food, good value for money, they even transported us to the aeroport Kilimanjaro for free (it was a 1:30 h trip) The guide was very professional and helpful, everything went smooth and wonderful, it was a budget tour so two nights we slept in tents in a camping site, the food there was surprisingly good with good views, we had a shared binoculars in the car we saw all the big 5, even a lion mating

Very accommodating and answers quickly.
The tour operator was very quick to answer all my emails and took care of everything, including domestic flights and additional excursions I wanted (like hot air balloon ride). The operator was also very accommodating with me when it came to changing the departing flight destination to my next city (instead of flying back to the original city where we flew in) When we arrived, our friendly guide, Tumaini, picked us up from the airport and took care of everything for us. We just sat and enjoyed ourselves! The game tours were so so fun, and Tumaini made sure we had good views of all the animals. He was very knowledgeable about the safari and its animal. It was an unforgettable experience! The lodge we stayed at was clean, all food included, and had very friendly staff.

It was what I expected and most communication was done on WhatsApp
I think the emotive is really reasonable and was so grateful for the upgrade in the accommodation for one night. Managed to see many animals and had not much issue through out the trip but just late reply and uncertainty with pick up.

Very competent safari provider that thinks of everything and employs professional drivers.
Everything worked without any problems. The planning and payment processing were simple. Someone came by beforehand to explain the most important things to us. The driver was very nice and skilled at finding animals. He drove very safely. We unexpectedly received small gifts from the provider. Highly recommended.

An incredible and unforgettable experience.
This 7d6n safari was an absolutely fantastic experience! A special thanks to our ground operator, Gift, who was consistently patient and attentive, promptly addressing all our needs. Our guide, Justin, also worked incredibly hard, driving long hours every day while remaining professional and enthusiastic throughout. our team were extremely lucky to see the Big Five and many incredible wildlife scenes. I must say good to have a group of friendly and eagle eyed Poland partners. In Tarangire, famous for its elephants and baobab trees, we already see a leopard. Over the next two days in the Serengeti, we see the great migration, cheetah calf eating, and impalas fighting—not to mention numerous lions, hippos, and buffalos. The only minor drawback was the peak-season hotel room shortage, which meant I wasn’t able to have a single room as originally planned. but overall, it was a truly memorable journey. The food throughout the trip was also highly satisfying. Each day offered abundant meals complete with beverages, fresh fruit, and big portions of staple foods and meat dishes.

Good planning, smooth Safari
I was worried prior to the safari as the company didn’t have many reviews and not much online presence, however everything went smoothly. Communication from Natalia was really good throughout and they were very attentive. I always knew what was going to be happening, which made a big difference. My plans were changed on arrival but it wasn’t a big deal. The waterfall wasn’t accessible due to rainy season weather, and the safari was done back to front, but it didn’t impact the overall experience. The safari was shared and I was on the trip with others who had booked using different operators. It did highlight how well things were handled on my side, as others had issues with communication and some were even taken to the wrong accommodation. My first guide, Rocky, was really good fun and very charismatic. I can’t say I believed all his facts but I had a great time. My second guide was a bit more serious but seemed very knowledgeable. Tanzania safari is great, there’s a lot to see and the scenery is constantly changing so it never gets boring. The wildlife was incredible. Ngorongoro Crater was my favourite, it was beautiful. I was also worried about the camping beforehand, but it actually ended up being one of the best parts. The workers at Simba campsite were excellent, really welcoming, and the meal there was the best I had during the trip. Tip - take a sleeping bag liner and something to use as a pillow! The only downside, and it was perhaps my own fault for not researching, was one of my accommodations in Arusha felt unsuitable. As a lone female traveller I felt uneasy with a back street entrance to one hotel and I did get hassled just stood in the doorway. I ended up moving myself to another hotel. Had I not been alone it wouldn’t have been an issue, and if I had looked at the details beforehand I may have requested to change it.

Smooth way to see the Big Five
I booked a 4-day, 3-night safari through Natalia Safari Tours. Overall, it was an excellent tour and I was taken care of the whole time. We visited Tarangire, Serengetti, and Ngorongoro. Our driver Simba was awesome! He did a wonderful job getting us up close to the animals. I saw The Big Five (elephant, lion, leopard, buffalo, and rhino), which made me quite satisfied. Leopard and rhino are not easy to see, but we saw them. In fact, our leopard came down from the tree and hunted a prey in front of us! Really lucky. We also saw plenty of lions, and even a cheetah family. I couldn't imagine a better safari.

Unforgettable Experience
We traveled with Natalia Safari, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. We did trekking and a coffee tour on Kilimanjaro, as well as safaris in Tarangire and Ngorongoro, and every activity was perfectly organized. Gift, the owner, was always available, attentive, and ready to accommodate all our needs and wishes, including flight arrangements and special requests like an early-morning safari. We never had to worry about a thing—he had everything under control, with a level of professionalism and a friendly attitude that made the whole trip even more enjoyable.
