In early 2020, just before the pandemic hit, we visited Kenya and were fortunate enough to meet Dan, our guide. We immediately had a fantastic experience with him. Dan is a genuinely kind person, with an impressive knowledge of the country and its wildlife, something that really stood out to us. Every year since, he’s sent us a “Happy New Year” message, which kept him in our thoughts. So, last year, when we decided to return to Kenya in October 2024, we knew we had to go with Dan again. Four years later, this time with our two kids, ages 8 and 3, Dan was still as amazing as we remembered. He even arranged a car seat for our youngest how thoughtful is that? We also invited my Parents-laws along, who had never traveled beyond France before (which isn’t a bad thing, of course!), but they were absolutely blown away by the experience. My father-in-law hit it off with Dan right away, and we all had such a great time together. Dan went above and beyond to make sure we saw the best wildlife. It often felt like we were the only ones in the park because Dan had a knack for avoiding the crowds. At one point, we were surrounded by a herd of elephants, including a baby, with a lion on the other side just us, no other cars around! We even spotted a cheetah with four adorable cubs! I have amazing photos from my phone, but the cheetah pictures were taken with our camera, as I couldn't upload them directly from my phone. I want to give a huge thank you to Dan for his outstanding hospitality. He personally picks you up at Nairobi Airport, holding a sign with your name, which is such a nice touch! After the safari, he also arranged to pick us up from Diani Beach and took us to the train station for our return to Nairobi. His friendly nature and willingness to help made our experience even better! If you're planning a trip to Kenya and want an incredible experience with top-notch accommodations (with pools, of course!), I can’t recommend Safari Talk enough. Dan truly made our safari unforgettable! Who knows, perhaps we’ll make it a 4-year tradition! In four years, Dan might even meet my parents, and my daughter will be 7 and my son will be 13. What an adventure that could be!

Amazing Safari Experience with Safari Talk Tours and Archy!

We had the most incredible safari adventure with Safari Talk Tours, guided by the amazing Archy. Over the course of our trip, we visited Voyager Ziwani Tented Camp, Red Elephant Lodge, and Ngutuni Lodge—each offering fantastic lodging, great service, and delicious meals. We loved trying the local cuisine and appreciated how every detail of our trip was thoughtfully planned. The drives were comfortable, and Archy’s knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience unforgettable. His communication with other guides ensured we didn’t miss a thing. We saw an abundance of wildlife, including a jaw-dropping moment when we witnessed a lioness chase and take down a warthog. It was both thrilling and humbling—a true National Geographic moment! Fun fact: we learned firsthand that “pumbaa” means "dumb," which makes Pumbaa’s name in The Lion King even funnier. 😂 If you're considering a safari, don’t hesitate to book with Safari Talk Tours. Our safari in the Masai Mara was truly a dream come true. From the very start, everything was perfectly arranged. We were picked up from our hotel and smoothly guided to a local airstrip, where a short but breathtaking flight took us straight into the heart of the Masai Mara. Upon landing, our guide was already waiting for us – and he was fantastic! His passion was contagious, and he went out of his way to track down the wildlife. Thanks to his efforts, we were lucky enough to spot four out of the legendary Big Five during our short safari – an experience we will never forget. Our lodge was located just outside the park, right by a river, with stunning views over the open plains. As the sun set, we watched giraffes, hyenas, and antelopes peacefully grazing on the horizon. It felt like stepping into a scene from a nature documentary. The meals at the lodge were delicious, and the service was impeccable – every member of the staff made sure we felt pampered and cared for. What made this trip even more special is that it was arranged by someone we’ve trusted with our holidays for over 20 years. Time and time again, he ensures our trips are nothing short of amazing – and this safari was no exception. In short: a perfectly organized adventure, a guide who went the extra mile, and a lodge you’ll never want to leave. We highly recommend this unforgettable experience to anyone looking to discover the magic of the Masai Mara.

Excellent vehicles, guides, and accomodations.

Our tour began in Ukunda. It was a few hours to the park. We had a pleasant stop, including lunch, at a well stocked gift shop on the way. Our driver/guide, Patrick, was very knowledgeable about the animals and the best places to go to view certain kinds of animals in the park. The vehicle was a nice safari van and the vehicles were not overcrowded. The overnight stay was at a very nice “bush“ hotel with excellent meals. We enjoyed hearing stories from Archie, the owner of the tour company, around the campfire that night. The next morning we had more time viewing animals in the park before we had to depart for Ukunda again. The entire experience was pleasant and unforgettable. I hope to go again sometime.

Archie is a very nice, honest man and reliable too.

Archie was recommended to us by a friend who had been to Kenya shortly before us. So we booked all our excursions with him, at a very good price (much cheaper than at the hotel). We were very satisfied, so much so that we want to come back to Kenya next year and will book more excursions with Archie.

It was an incredible experience. Tuzho and his team were very professional, attentive, and kind. They sought to personalize our experience, providing us with an unforgettable adventure. We went on a 3-day safari, and the second day was my birthday. At dinner, to my surprise, they organized a celebration—the waiters brought me a cake, walking through the restaurant in a line, clanging cutlery, and singing a traditional Kenyan song (Jambo Bwana). A fried and I made a six-days safari with Safari Talk Tours in September 2025. Tuzho tailored the safari to our wishes and always responded quickly. He even organized other transfers for us outside of the safari. Even when unexpected problems arose with the vehicle, Den and Tuzho did everything necessary to ensure that our safari could continue as planned. All in all, the two of them are a great team. We felt very comfortable and safe throughout and had a wonderful vacation.

We went on a safari last December. They are very nice, they take great care of us. Unfortunately we didn't choose the right day because it was raining a lot.
