Kelvin proved to be an excellent professional because he demonstrated ongoing patience and helpfulness throughout our entire project from beginning to end. Our guide Shirima was the best, we couldn't have asked for a better guide. Picked mid-range accommodation. The entire experience with Kelvin started with a great first impression because he handled all problems professionally and without creating any stress. Would definitely recommend!!

We spent 6 days on safari in Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, and Tarangire national park in October for our honeymoon, and it was truly the trip of a lifetime. Our guide, Reuben, made the experience exceptional. We were able to see the Big Five more than once, and his outstanding knowledge, excellent English, and ability to answer even the most challenging questions greatly enriched our journey. Reuben’s professionalism, sense of humor, and warm company especially during our daily bush lunches made our safari unforgettable. Kindness and professionalism

During our six days safari in Tanzania, we visited Lake Manyara National Park, Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Central Serengeti, we had an amazing time with Michael, our driver and guide. Planning was greatly aided by Kelvin, and everything went as planned. We got up close and personal with every animal, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Additionally, it was good to see that Michael was abiding by the wilderness regulations by not going off-road in areas where it was prohibited.

A Journey Beyond Expectations

Sote Tours and Travel did a really good job of organizing our whole trip from the very beginning to the end. They took care of everything in a very smooth way; the itinerary, the accommodation, the car rental, and even the game drive. We visited Lake Eyasi, Lake Natron, Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro Crater, and we were able to make it to each of these places just in time. John our guide, was always approachable and he answered all our questions. If anyone wishes to travel in a completely hassle, free manner, then Sote Tours would be an ideal choice.

Our safari trip started off wonderfully with Kelvin! The communication was fantastic! Often, I didn't wait a full 24 hours for a response! He was more than accommodating! From the moment we started planning, this trip was something special. Kelvin handled everything for us honestly, he made organizing our Tanzania adventure feel effortless. As soon as we landed, Mdoe met us at the airport, and everything just flowed from there. No hiccups, no stress. Reuben, our guide what a guy. He was friendly, sharp, and seemed to know everything about the animals and the landscape. He took care of us the whole way. I couldn’t believe how good he was at spotting wildlife half the time, he’d point something out before anyone else even grabbed their binoculars. On day one, we saw the Big Five, even the rhino, which we heard is pretty hard to find. We visited in mid-November, so we caught the Great Migration. Seeing all those animals and birds up close was unreal. Honestly, I still can’t get over how amazing it was. We’d do it all over again in a heartbeat.

We are just back from an amazing trip (24 December 2025 to 02 January 2026). We made a tailor, made trip to Tanzania with Sote Tours and Travel. When we first spoke to Kelvin, we were sure we had made the right decision. Kelvin really helped us decide on the right places to go. The choice of safari lodges was superb and at each place we felt very comfortable. Our guide "Godee" is the one, whom we want to especially mention, who at his young age is probably already a "veteran" of the guides. On many occasions he went off the beaten track and then led us to perfect game, viewing spots all by himself. Moreover, he was a very careful driver and we always felt totally safe with him in the SUV. We never thought we could look at the animals from such a short distance! In general, it was a memory world trip and we thank the whole Sote Tours team for being part of our journey! Asante sana Sote Tours team.
