There are countless tours in the Serengeti, and no matter which one you choose, you're guaranteed to see a variety of wildlife. Most guides will, of course, be friendly. But if you go with Jimmy? I guarantee you won't just have a 'good' trip—you will have the trip of a lifetime. Let me break it down clearly for you. First: Jimmy is a true animal expert. I actually consider myself pretty knowledgeable about animals for a layperson, but Jimmy's expertise is completely unrivaled. He doesn't just point out the animals; he explains the intentions, habits, and behaviors behind their actions. He shares insights you wouldn't even hear on National Geographic, making the whole experience profoundly richer and more beautiful. I was incredibly grateful that he didn't just stop at delivering facts, but actively used that deep knowledge to anticipate and show us entirely different sides of the wildlife. Second: He is an incredibly experienced guide. He doesn't just tell you he's experienced; he makes you feel it. Instead of just following the pack of other guides, his spatial and time management is so flawless that we got to spend time watching most of the animals in total peace, completely away from the crowds of tourists. If you've ever been on a safari, you know how uncomfortable it is to be clumped together with other vehicles. Thanks to Jimmy, we almost never had to deal with that. Third: He becomes your best friend. Maybe we were a special case, but he went so far beyond just being a warm and polite guide—he genuinely became a close friend. He taught us not only about the animals but also about African culture and food. Even after the tours were over, we’d grab dinner together, making the trip so incredibly fun with zero dull moments. I think just looking at our photos is enough to feel that vibe. Whether we were visiting the Maasai village or souvenir shops, he stepped in to prevent us from getting ripped off, and even went out of his way to research totally authentic local spots so we could get exactly what we wanted at a fair price. Looking back, he truly did so much for us. I'll say it again: you'll probably get a cool, fresh experience no matter which tour you pick. But with Jimmy, I can promise you a raw, authentic experience that will be etched into your memory forever. Jimmy isn't a guide. He is a deeply valued friend taking the journey with you. I would choose this program again without a second thought. Honestly, I’d love to invite him to my home country. Wonderful experience with great service

We had an absolutely wonderful safari experience with Sound of Serengeti! From the excellent accommodation and outstanding service to the incredible opportunity to see wildlife up close, everything was truly exceptional. We were lucky enough to see the Big Five, which made the experience even more unforgettable. A special thank you to our guide, Jimmy, who was absolutely amazing. His knowledge, passion, and dedication made every game drive exciting and memorable. He knew exactly where to go and was fantastic at spotting wildlife. Unforgettable 3 days Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater and Manyara safari experience!

We did a 3-day safari visiting Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara as a family of four, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Each park offered something unique. Tarangire impressed us with its beautiful landscapes and large herds of elephants, Ngorongoro was breathtaking with its stunning crater and incredible concentration of wildlife, and Lake Manyara was a perfect mix of lush scenery and diverse animals. We were fortunate to see a wide variety of wildlife throughout the trip, making every day exciting and memorable. Our guide, Domician, was outstanding, friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer our questions. He made sure we were comfortable and got the most out of every moment, which made the experience even more enjoyable for our whole family. The communication with Sound Of Serengeti was excellent from start to finish. During the planning process, the tour consultant Eliad was very attentive and patient, responding quickly and clearly to all our questions. Everything was well organized and ran smoothly, offering great value for the price. Overall, we highly recommend Sound Of Serengeti for a family safari. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Amazing safari experience, highly recommended!!!

We traveled to Tanzania with Sound Of Serengeti for our honeymoon, and it was a breathtaking experience from start to finish. We booked a 7 day safari with Eliad, and his service was impeccable. He allowed us to tailor the plan to our budget and adjusted the accommodations to match the exact experience we wanted to have, like sleeping camps in the middle of the Serengeti. Eliad built a plan that was perfectly efficient for both distance and sightseeing, plus was very communicative and helpful with all our questions prior our trip. While the scenery, the accomodation, the game drive car and of course the animals were stunning, the absolute highlight of our trip was our driver, Domician. He truly made our experience! Sound Of Serengeti is lucky to have him and we were lucky to be match with him. He's not just an average driver, you can tell he is a true professional guide. His knowledge of EVERY animal, even the smallest bird, is unbelievable. He taught us so much while maintaining an incredible attitude, always striving to get the best information or seeking out wildlife himself. His "eagle eyes" are unbelievable!! He spotted animals we never would have seen on our own, and his passion for nature, is contagious. Domician was also incredibly patient, funny, and shared the Tanzanian culture in such a way that we already want to come back. He is truly a credit to his profession. We hope when people in the future book their experience, that they have a driver like Domician!
