We booked our whole Tanzania experience directly with Swahili Safari Escape, and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made for the trip. From the very beginning, everything was smooth and well organised. They arranged our pickup from Kilimanjaro Airport without any issues, and from that point on we felt completely taken care of. Communication was excellent throughout — they were always in contact, quick to respond, and happy to help with any questions or small changes we had along the way. It made a huge difference knowing someone reliable was just a message away. All of our local tours were arranged through them, and each one ran seamlessly. There was no stress about timings, transport, or logistics — everything just worked. A special mention has to go to our driver, Alex, who was perfect the entire time. He was professional, friendly, punctual, and genuinely made the experience more enjoyable. Whether it was long drives or day trips, he made us feel comfortable and relaxed, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. What really stood out was how personal the service felt. Even though we booked everything remotely, it didn’t feel like a generic package at all — it felt tailored and thoughtful. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend Swahili Safari Escape to anyone planning a trip to Tanzania. Nice company! Due to the company's mistake in their work, they overcharged me $50. However, the company was able to actively identify the problem and as per my request, this portion of the money was directly given as a tip to the guide. The guide was very nice， with good eyesight， and was able to spot animals that we couldn't. He could also use mobile phones， walkie-talkies， and radios to find out where other animals were. We successfully gathered the Big Five. The flight was delayed， causing the driver who picked me up to wait for me for about an hour. But his attitude remained very good. The first day was rainy， and the company directly upgraded our accommodation from tents to hotels for free.

Our 4-day safari through Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and Lake Manyara National Park was absolutely fantastic. Everything was perfectly organized, from the logistics to the accommodations. Our guide was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled at spotting wildlife. We saw an amazing variety of animals and always felt well taken care of. Highly recommended — a five-star safari experience!

After safari, then Arusha day tour.
That day our guide Alex pick us up at Arusha, on the way to the materuni village we will see Kilimanjaro mountain, Alex stop the car for us to have the nice photo with this beautiful mountain. Arrive the village we will have 1.5hours walk to the waterfall (it was so great!)and back to have the coffee which is made by our own hand(this is nice), we learn more about the coffee beans by the people at the village), we also bought some coffee beans and handicrafts for the souvenir which is made by them. After that, we have the local lunch in there and go to the Chemka hot springs(1hour), this is so great!) the place is very beautiful and the water is so clear blue colour, have some little fish, we go swim and play the rope, if you know freedive you can try to touch the ground. After that, finish the day tour and back to Arusha, also, they sent us to JRO airport at the next day. We have the good experience here, thankyou Swahili Safari Escape team.

From the second i got into contact with the Swahili safari escape team i had 100% trust, confidence, security and belief that they would deliver exactly what i wanted. I only did a short-ish tour but everything was so well organised from day dot, from arranging to meet myself in Arusha to picking me up, completing the tour and dropping me off was seamless. NO FAULTS WHATSOEVER! I highly highly recommend this tour company to anyone out there that wants confidence when booking a tour as there are many people out there that sell the wrong idea and thought of it all from start to finish. Our safari at Arusha National Park was absolutely amazing, and a big part of that was thanks to our excellent driver, Alex. He was incredibly professional, drove very smoothly, and made us feel safe the entire time. What really stood out was his patience — he always took his time to stop near the animals so we could observe them properly and enjoy every moment. Alex also explained everything very clearly and shared a lot of interesting information about the wildlife and the park. Thanks to him, the safari was not only beautiful but also very enriching. I worked with Swahili Safari Escape to book transfers and a day safari to Tarangire. They were prompt with their communication and negotiation of price. The transfers were done in good vehicles with professional drivers. The safari was amazing, and I saw many, many animals, especially elephants and even my first leopard.

[Perfect Customization & Itinerary] I requested a very specific and demanding 6-night itinerary: Arusha Walking -> Tarangire -> Mto wa Mbu -> Lake Eyasi (Hadzabe Hunting) -> Ndutu -> Central Serengeti. Seth, the manager, arranged this custom route perfectly. The Hadzabe hunting experience was particularly impressive—it wasn't a staged tourist show but a real, intense running through the bush. [Wildlife & Guide: Noel is a "Scanner"] If your goal is to see the Big 5 and witness the Great Migration, this is the company to choose. Thanks to my guide Noel, I successfully spotted all the Big 5 (Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo). Noel’s spotting skills are unbelievable—he acts like a "human scanner." Even in competitive situations chasing leopards or cheetahs, he knew exactly where to position the vehicle to get the perfect angle for my vision, not just the driver's view. Seth is an incredibly trustworthy, professional, and detail-oriented guide—and also the owner of this travel agency. He was always punctual and made sure to clean the vehicle thoroughly every day. He was open and knowledgeable about everything, from the plants in the mountains to pricing, sharing insights generously. We had an absolutely wonderful time with him. As a young man who has worked his way up from the Maasai tribe, we were truly inspired by his entrepreneurial spirit as well.
