An excellent and reliable tour operator who made our trip unforgettable

Great and fast service, they fulfilled all our wishes with smooth communication from beginning to end. We had an excellent tour guide who was knowledgeable, friendly, a very good Safari driver and made the whole safari experience unforgettable. The lodge accommodations were fantastic, with zebras and impalas grazing just outside at night and in the early mornings. Everything was perfectly organized – highly recommended!

Great value and exceeded expectations!

I had an amazing experience with Visit Creation. Just before my safari, I had a large suitcase with me, and I was so confused on how I was going to bring it to my trip. Nonetheless, Visit Creation kindly offered to store it safely for me while I was out on the tour, which was something I truly appreciated! For the safari experience itself, all I can say is that it is way better than I could ever imagine, especially for the price. The tour guide was very informative, did not rush to explain each animal, and could answer every question that I had. When we saw an animal we were interested in, no matter which animal it was, he didn't mind stopping for as long or as quick as we want. He also made sure that we got the best view of each animal that we saw. Considering it was a shared tour, it felt more like a personalized experience rather than a group tour. What really stood out to me was the attitude of everyone I encountered, from the safari organizers, the tour guide, to the people at the lodge. They were all genuinely kind, helpful, and committed to making sure I had a great time. To me, a good service means good attitude and everyone that I met have been truly nice and helpful. Overall, highly recommended!

Exciting and memorable journey

I had an amazing 2-day safari to Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater, and the entire experience was extremely well organized from start to finish. The safari felt complete, relaxed, and truly memorable. Our guide was knowledgeable, patient, and passionate, always explaining animal behavior and ensuring we were at the right place at the right time. The vehicle was comfortable, food was good, and all arrangements were handled smoothly without any stress. Overall, this safari exceeded my expectations, especially for a 2-day trip. Steve was very nice from the beginning, explaining every detail about the área and the village, the lifestyle and customs. He took us to these awesome waterfalls and he took us the pictures and wait ex for us as long as we needed to enjoy the place After that he took us to the hut where we enjoyes a Buffet of their local foods. Delicious We finished with a demonstration of preparstion of coffee with the people from the hut. We danced we sang together while preparing the Coffee beans and then drank a very tafty Coffee I recommend this tour. It wasnt just a vidit. It was an experience.

It is an incredible experience that you absolutely must try! The route to the waterfall is amazing! The beauty of nature is breathtaking! A unique experience as well was the coffee-making process, filled with song and dance! Everyone was incredibly kind and generous. The food they offered us was high-quality and absolutely delicious! I highly recommend it, both as a day trip and as a place to stay for a few days, since the area offers incredible peace and tranquility!!

Great operator very tentative and organized

We went one day safari and it was a great experience. The guid (Saidi) was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic to share all his safari animals knowledge. We learned a lot on that trip. The second day was a hike to mochi which ends with an amazing waterfall. The day ends with coffee preparation ceremony, which was cheerful and we enjoyed unforgettable cup of coffee. Special thanks to the chef in the coffee village who made very delicious lunch at the end of the trip.

Helpful, attentive and flexible

I did a three day safari tour with Visit Creation in northern Tanzania. From day one they were very communicative, helpful and flexible. All my messages were replied within the hour, always assertively. Whenever I had a request they were able to accommodate it, even going out of their way to do it. Once the safari started we talked more over WhatsApp and they were very fast to reply and to communicate everything I needed to know. The accommodation they picked for me was great and all in all I think that their price is very reasonable. They offer a outstanding service at a reasonable price

Great tour

This tour was a great surprise. We hiked down to the waterfall and then back to cafe tour. The waterfall was beautiful and we had plenty of time to take a picture and even get in the water if wanted to. Steven was very helpful and knowledgeable about the surroundings.

Very well organised 4day safari in a good price

All the tour was very well organised. Our guide once he picked us up from the airport we started our safari as scheduled without any problem. All the guides and drivers were always on time and would always tell us from the day before how our program would be. In addition all crew of visit creation safari were very kind and helpful and always explained to us what we see. Also we had always contact from whatsapp without any issues and always quick replies. First hotel Fig TRee was good but the charity hotel was excellent. Very good rooms, strong internet and very good breakfast and dinner. When we had our dinner at Charity hotel they gave us menu so we can choose what to eat and not eat from the buffet which we much appreciated. To conclude it was a very nice experience the cars were in a very good shape always clean, waters and Coca Cola were also provided during our safari as much as we wanted and our guides and drivers and crew in general were very good and they knew what they were doing. They were very professional, We will surely prefer them again.

Friendly and fun experience for all travelers

The tour was amazing we saw absolutely everything and still had time for a wonderful coffee experience to see how the make their own organic coffee in a traditional way. Our tour guide Steven was so nice and fun and I cannot recommend him enough, he knew all the roads and made the experience so special! Big Thank you Steven wish you well and hope to be back someday!

Magic Kilimandscharo Tour from Materuni village

Our Guide Steven was the most kind and knowledgeable guy we could wish for. In our gepup we had different kind of fitnesslevels and he managed to serve all of them in our tour. The tour to materuni waterfall was not too easy, but "pole, pole" possible for every member to manage. We got lovel- introduction into local fruits and herbs, deeper knowledge about the use of them and had great foto opportunities. Stevens and Materuni made this day a blast. Would always do it again.

Beyond Disappointed – Not Worth the Cost or the Hype

I booked with this company specifically because they advertised lodge accommodations over camping. Unfortunately, the lodge experience was extremely underwhelming. There was no hot water, the power went out twice, and the pool was in such poor condition that getting in wasn’t even an option. While the staff were kind and welcoming, the overall experience failed to meet even the most basic expectations. The game drives were cut short and felt rushed. On two of the three days, our guides were clearly on tight schedules—once to drop another guest off at the airport, and again the next day because the group had arrived at camp early and had to leave within 24 hours. This completely undermined the feeling of a relaxed, immersive safari. We were also moved from vehicle to vehicle, creating a sense of disorganization and inconsistency that disrupted the trip. Although the food was decent and the guides themselves were friendly, the execution left much to be desired. Several advertised services were either missing or not up to par, and what I paid simply didn’t match what I received. The trip cost $700, and yet it felt like a cut-rate experience. I specifically asked questions before booking and was given clear, confident answers—which is the only reason I felt comfortable moving forward. Sadly, those promises were not kept. I was intentionally trying to support a newer company, but in hindsight, I should have gone with a more experienced operator. I feel that, at a minimum, the company owes me $200 back for the misleading service. I’m now considering what steps I can take to recover part of my payment, as I am beyond disappointed with how things turned out. If you're considering a safari and want value for your money, I would strongly advise booking with a more established, transparent company. This was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and instead, it left me frustrated and let down.

Feel like Indiana Jones in the jungle

Fantastic experience! The driver picked us up from our hotel in Arusha, and after a two-hour drive, we arrived at the trekking starting point. There, a guide accompanied us on the hike to the waterfalls along a jungle path. Both the driver and the guide were very friendly. The waterfalls are incredible! They're so worth it!
