This company is a SCAM!! BEWARE!!

I did a 15-day tour booked with this company (they also call themselves Cheno Travel Safari Tours sometimes) ant it was just terrible!! They did not follow the schedule, didn´ t put us in the accomodations we were planned to stay. We never had water or lunch during our trips (but we paid for it!). It was just a big mess and we had to argue the whole way of our trip, until a point on the 10th day where our driver just abandoned us in our hotel in the Nxai Pans and never returned. We had to figure out a way to keep our trip by ourselves and they never refund us or made anything easier for us. We are still in touch with the Botswana Ministry of Tourism and the police as well to put these guys out of the market forever! If you don´t believe me, just ask for pictures of their cars and their tourism licenses before booking anything. All tour company cars in Botswana must have the logo of the company on the car door. Just ask to see what they have... We rode on an old honda fit without a/c... you just don´ t wanna any of this in your vacations!

Tuli Block Adventure with Mogalakwena Safari Tours

Booked with the tour operator for the Botswana Independence celebrations in the Tuli Block for three days, we enjoyed our safari trip, we were picked by a transfer from Gaborone to the Tuli block, enjoyed watching birds, plenty of elephants at the Lentswe le Moriti water hide, visited the Solomons wall , that was quite an experience as we also did a cultural tour , mingled with the locals as they danced for us, tasted Mokolwane palm wine and the village rock paintings. Quite a lifetime experience

In February 2018 I went for vacation with Mogalakwena Travel & tours and I cannot explain my experience in one page, the service I received was excellent- the food was awesome and most importantly my trip was exciting. The team is very professional and well prepared- they had everything planned properly and also had contingency plans readily available. Best of Okavango ,Chobe National Park & Victoria Falls

This was our second trip to Africa after Namibia, the tents for accommodation were corresponding, traditional meals, the mokoro trail along the river was quite an experience to take home with, had time to see hippos in the Chobe and lots of elephants and the waterfalls in Vic Falls, enjoyed it like infants, we left the Vic Falls park so wet and didn't bother much .

We booked a leisure trip with the Mogakwena Safari Tours during the Easter holidays.We really had fun in the Okavango as the guides took us for the mokoro activity and Moremi Game Reserve game drive.

Tuli Block Experience 5 nights

Booked with Mogalakwena Safari Tours in Tuli Block for 5 nights , the experience is memorable, enjoyed the cultural dances and Mokolwane Palm Wine experience, we tasted the wine, visited the primary school and san rock paintings. The transport was perfect together with the guides, our memories for african safari will last longer. Going back home happy......
