We spend 17 days in Tanzania & Zanzibar , we are a family of 4 with 2 children of 10 and 12 , we had a wonderful experience with the agency , the lodges where very comfortable , the roadtrip was adventurous as we wanted it to be. There were absolutely 0 bugs in the journey . Our Guide Jamie was exceptional and we all had some tears when we left him , as he's both a Safari & travel expert and a wonderful companion during 6 days . I recommend this agency and the fabulous work Deo and his team from the agency are doing. Its so much better to go through a local agency so they get 100%reward of their work and not through an EU agency who would take the comission / my opinion. Hope ill be back to see more one day .

I had an unforgettable safari experience with Acatree Tours and Safaris. The entire journey—from Tarangire to Ngorongoro, Serengeti, and Lake Manyara—was perfectly organized and full of breathtaking moments. Our guide was not only friendly and professional but also incredibly knowledgeable about the wildlife and the parks. Every destination offered something unique, and Acatree made sure we were well taken care of at every step. The accommodations were comfortable, and the service exceeded my expectations. I love the way they arranged our safari for all 3 nationa parks in northern circuit. Humble driver guides (Jeremiah & Godwin) and best at time management and narration. I would definitely recommend Acatree to other friends and families preferrably group travellers

Excellent communication and client attention
I booked Mt Kilimanjaro and a 3 safari through the company in addition to other accomodation and transfers to and from Arusha. I was highly impressed with the speed and quality of communication from my initial enquiry through to the end of my trip. I experienced a high level of client focus and in particular I wish to note the efforts of Norascus who was my main point of contact and was excellent through in all respects. I would have no hesitation in using the company again on my next visit. I also found the price point competitive for similar services to those offer by the more expensive companies.
