Wonderful

We have spent 3 wonderful days in Serengeti NP with our tour guide Murshid. He did his absolute best to show us the amazing animals that wander in Serengeti and to stand still on the best view spots, to be as close as possible and being able to make pictures. We slept in a tent and could hear the animals at night. Our cook was very sweet and called himself ‘a stomach engineer’, which he was. I am a vegetarian which has not been a difficulty at all, since Freddy (the stomach engineer) cooked delicious meals without meat. Big thanks to Murshid and Freddy for guiding us and filling our stomachs, as well as to Mansoor for looking at all our options before making the booking. Asante sana!

The most fantastic safari company in Tanzania, so good I went twice.

Myself and some friends travelled with pangolin safari in 2019 completing the southern circuit. My experience was do incredible I choose to go back with our guide Mansoor on my return to complete kilimanjaro and thr Northern circuit for safari. I would really recommend this tour company as they are extremely reliable, organised, punctual, have good communication and they love love love what they do. Everything I hoped an African Safari would be. Weather was perfect for safari driving and hiking up to Sanje Falls. Very few flies or mosquitos. The length of this trip worked really well for us as we got to see all of the animals in the open plains and water holes of Mikumi NP as well as the rainforest in the Udzungwa Mountain NP. During our first half day in Mikumi we saw all the animals we were hoping for, but saw many more of them on our full day in the park. Even though Mikumi is one of the smaller NPs in Tanzania, the density of animals that you go to Africa to go see in the wild was very high (no Rhinos there and didn't see any leopards, but saw lots of everything else). We also really enjoyed our visit to a traditional Maasai clan on our last morning before returning to Dar Es Salaam. Accommodations and staff at Bastian Camp were great as well. Besides the friendliness of all of the locals we interacted with, I can't say enough good things about Mansoor Mohamed, our guide from African Pangolin Safaris. He was pleasant, flexible, knowledgeable, and has built good relationships with the other guides and agents in the industry. He facilitated and translated for us when we decided to go walk around and shop in the back streets of Mikumi (non-tourist area), and facilitated a visit for us to the Cultural Museum in Dar Es Salaam after our scheduled package was over. The trip was full, but we never felt rushed, and still had some time in the pool and around the fire at night. Highly recommend for a first time trip to Africa.

THE BEST SAFARI GUIDES

Many thanks to Rama and Mansoor for this wonderful Safari. We spent 5 days out of time to visit the parks of Serengeti, Tarangire and Ngorongoro. Mansoor and Rama give their maximum so that we can see as many animals as possible, and sublime panoramas. They are kind and very helpful. We were immediately comfortable. The hotels chosen for the evening were very significant and the meals varied and very good. Exciting game drive in beautiful Mikumi national park

Family of 4 went on å tre day trip, we slept inside the park. Communications and service was exellent. We were well taken care of from the first contact and during the hole trip. The food was simple but good and we got to see a lot of animals like lion, giraffe , elephant m.m . Our guide had great skills and we felt safe and learned a lot. We will like to come back another time and do it again !

We had the opportunity to enjoy a 4days tour in Mikumi NP and Udzungwa mountains NP. And i have to say it was one of the best experiences of my life. Mansoor is a great guy who organised everything perfectly for us, communication with him was a pleasure. Living and service inside of the Mikumi's park was great. We felt very comfy and all the people were very nice to us. The biggest thanks goes to Yunus - your guide. He's a very friendly person and realy took care of us for all the time. He's got a great feeling for the animals so he showed us exactly what we wished to see. It was unforgettable to see a natural behavior of all the animals in Mikumi NP and also we loved to swim under the waterfalls in the rain forest, all alone without the tourist! Highly recommend ❤

If there was a note System between 1 and 10. I ll give a 11 !! Thumbs up for everything, starting with the booking, the direct communication was excellent, all questions were answered very quickly. Our Safari was planned and organised according to our wishes even the tickets for the last ferry to Zanzibar on the last day !! Everything went according to what was described except it was just better than what we thought. Our guide Yunus was very friendly, professional and passionate about his job ! He answered all our questions, made us feel very comfortable and safe. He made extra sure that we would get an amazing experience. Yunus knew all about the park and could find every animals, a real talent ! ! I can only recommend and I will definitely book a safari with African Pangolin Safaris when I go back to Tanzania

Highly recommend!

I can highly recommend African Pangolin Safaris! We did a 3 Day trip to Mikumi and it was excellent experience. Booking process and communication was easy. We had a private safari with our driver Mike. Mike was great and funny guide and he made our trip more amazing, thank you! We saw many animals like Lions, leopards, elefants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, buffallos, monkeys, colourful birds etc. We had enough time to watch and photograph animals and Mike told things about animals and environment. Mikumi was nice and there were only a few car in the whole park at same time, so it felt like we had the whole park to ourselves and we saw other cars only couple times. Trip was worth every penny and would definately book them again if I have a chance to go back Tanzania. Asante sana!

Fantastic safari tour - 4 days Mikumi + Udzungwa

We decided to do a 4 day safari in Mikumi NP and trekking in Udzungwa mountains. Already the communication with Mr Mansoor was great, he always replied very fast and changed some things in the itinerary upon my request without any problem. I had some troubles with paying the deposit (technical issues) but Mansoor was very understanding and was trying to help as he could. Our guide and driver was Tony who was very attentive, always punctual, kind and knowledgeable. And he is also a very good driver! We managed to see so many animals during our safari, it was a fantastic experience! The sunset in the African savanna is really something special :) The accommodation and food was also good, we have nothing to complain about. The trekking in Udzungwa mountains was very nice! We went with a different guide from the park, he was very knowledgeable about the different plants and animals and we also managed to see some monkeys :) the nature over there is beautiful! I definitely recommend African Pangolin Safaris and also Mikumi NP very much!! Thank you for everything :)

Great Safari experience with Imma

After our two-day trip to Mikumi National Park I highly recommend it to anyone interested in a short Safari. It is worth every penny. The whole Safari was well planned by Mansoor and our guide Imma. Thanks to Imma's responsible driving style the 6-hour ride was relaxed and safe. Meals and accommodation were excellent. During our Game Drives - one in the afternoon and two more on the next day - we got to see a great variety of species. Our experienced guide Imma would spot them even from great distances and share his knowledge with us. There was always enough time to observe the animals' behaviour and to take pictures. I made some unforgettable memories and would do the trip again any time.

Amazing Safari

We went for a three day safari in Mikumi and it was amazing. We slept inside the park in beautiful apartments The food was also good. We saw a lot of animals (elephant, giraffe, impala, gnu, buffalo, lion, hippo, crocodile, zebra) despite it was a rainy season. The scenery was green and beautiful. Our guide Emanuel was excellent, he knew so much about the animals and trees, we learned a lot from him. The price was good I would definately recommend you this agency.
