We have a great time at Mikumi NP. Our guide Yunus was the best. We saw many animals. Yunus had the ability to find the animals from 400m away. It was a great time.

Wonderful experience

We had this tour in December and it was really amazing: the safari was wonderful and we enjoyed a lot the entire experience. The tour guide, Mansoor, was very nice, professional and kind: he satisfied all our requests and, thanks to him, we were able to see all the big 5 and a lot of other animals! :) I highly recommend this tour with Mansoor and African Pangolin Safaris

Amazing and authentic safari

Everything were perfect, the organisation, the safari to mikumi and selous, the treck to the fall Sanje, the hotels, the food, the people, lot of animals (the big five) Pangolin Safari is a very serious company, professional, we recommanded all safari with them, Yunus is a very good driver and found lot of animals, and Michael a francophone guide, very very nice, and interesting with lot of explanations, thank you so much for the beautiful hollidays. The three of us booked the tour: '7 days Udzungwa mountain NP, Ruaha NP and Mikumi - private safari plus maasai experience'. The planning was very varied which made the experience so much fun! The tour is well taken care of. The communication is easy and professional. If you have any questions or wishes, they will help you well. Special thanks to Mansoor! Because of a gluten allergy, I eat gluten-free. I was very curious beforehand how this would go in Tanzania. The meals were provided by the organization. The gluten-free food has not been a problem at all. Mansoor thinks along with possibilities. We had the best time in Tanzania! The tour is highly recommended!

We would like to thank African Pangolin Safaris, met in the special guide Mansoor. We rode with Mansoor for a week. He is enthusiastic during the entire trip. Mansoor knows a lot about the country, the animals and nature and tells this with a lot of passion. We have learned a lot from him. Mansoor is a friendly man and listens to personal wishes regarding food, for example. It offers comfort and safe driving. In addition, Mansoor has a great interest in his passengers. You can tell that he enjoys the work and being in contact with people. The program is low-key and according to our perfect planning. The program is versatile so you see and learn a lot about the country, culture and nature. The safaris were great! We definitely recommend the trip.

Amazing safari with the best guide yunus!

We decided to do a 3 day Safari in Mikumi national park. Our driver was Yunus, a great guide. He is really kind and cares about your needs and wishes. We had a lot of fun and have seen many animals, even really close because he took the time if we spotted animal and he explained a lot about the animals and their behaviour and everything. All in all its worth every penny. Th place where we stayed was beautiful as well. They served delicious food and everyone had its own bungalow. The accommodation even had a large swimmingpool. You are going to enjoy if you book the tour.

Mikumi National Park

It was the most amazing experience of my life ! We passed 3 days in the national park of Mikumi. We passed nights inside the park. We saw lions, hippopotamus, zebras, elephants, warthogs, giraffes, aligators, lots of birds, buffalos etc.. Mansoor was our guide during this exeprience he was amazing, very interesting, he knows and explained us how the animals are living and where we could see them. He is respecting them a lot and is respecting their place of life. We felt in security with him. I will never forget this experience. We passed 3 days to see animals in the park. A MUST GO ONCE IN A LIFETIME EXPERIENCE!!!

JAMBO!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! we did the 10 Days Safari Tarangire NP, Lake Manyara NP, Serengeti NP and Ngorongoro Crater – Private Safari Tour. SOOO worth it!!! We saw all Big 5 and 6 if you include the Cheetah! Mansoor, Victor and Lasaro were all fantastic guides. If i could give 11 stars i absolutely would!!! We had 3 land cruisers (16 pax), and Victor (Group Ooone) was our driver/tour guide. Total Ace and he knew so much about the wildlife (birds and animals), culture, histories. We called him Carrot Eyes b/c he can spot animals from such a major distance and pointed out animals to us to capture photos/videos. Truly an unforgettable experience. We saw the hunt and after kill, and many many animals so upclose, i could have prolly stuck my arm out the window and pet a lion or two. Victor ensured that we got an experience we would never forget. I plan to take another tour in the future, and would definitely recommend African Pangolin Safaris. Our experience in the southern circuit of Tanzania was far beyond expectations!

I had a wonderful experience in the south of Tanzania visiting 3 National Parks (including the first two largest parks of Tanzania) + the Isimila archeological site. From the very beggining African Pangolin Safaris proved to be an extremely professional and dedicated company. The booking process was very easy and our guide, Mansoor Mohamed, was probably the best guide I could ask for: extremely kind, with a lot of common sense and a very pleasant man to be around with. He can provide you with a huge amount of information about the african wildlife and I assure you he will give his best to make your safari the most beautiful experience of your life. I can’t wait untill we will meet again for another great adventure into the bush.

Professional and Respectful

The tour operator Mansoor was very professional right from the beginning. He walked me the entire reservation, provided me with answers to my questions promptly and he made sure we got exactly what we were looking for despite making our reservations last minute. Our tour guide aka driver Mr Superman was the best. He was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable of animals. He went above and beyond and made every efforts to drive us all day to ensure we see all animals especially the BIG 4. Fantastic

I organized the trip for my family and friends directly from Italy with Pangolin Tour (departure by car from Dar Es Salaam, Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater). Mohamed Mansoor (owner) is serious and competent. He answered promptly, via whatsApp, to all the doubts.. always present for any clarification! Excellent maintenance (new tyres, for example) of the vehicles. The drivers Vikto and Mohamed are very skilled in driving and also in sightings (seen all the Big 5!) The overnight stays were above expectations (especially the Narudi tended camp in Serengeti - dreamlike!!!) Very good prices compared to the competition. Highly recommend, above average professionals.

Great experience in Ruaha

Great value for price. Right from the beginning the communication was great with Mansoor Mohamed, friendly but also professional. We needed to make adjustments to our tour dates short before our trip, which he kindly arranged without any problems. Our tour guide Serafino was amazing. His English was great and he had a lot to tell about the environment and animals all throughout our journey. In the beginning of our safari there was a problem with our car but he found creative ways to work around it and we still got the full safari experience we payed for. Our meals were always at a restaurant in the campsite, delicious and big portions. The bandas and the restaurant are located right next to the Great Ruaha River, so you get to observe many animals from there already. During our safari we saw giraffes, elephants, zebras, buffaloes, crocodiles, hippos, dikdiks, antilopes, warthogs, eagles, a big pride of lions and a leopard. I did see more animals in total in Serengeti-Ngorongoro, but we preferred to come to Ruaha at this time of the year since the national parks in the North get very crowded and in the end in Ruaha we never felt like it was crowded, was most of the time the only car next to the animals and got to see some of the animals a lot closer than I did in the North. To me this was a perfect honest safari experience. I have two other experiences of safaris in different locations in Tanzania, and this was the most pleasant experience I had with a company. Serafino took great care of us, even helped us with getting bus tickets in Iringa and Baobab seeds from the market. I would highly recommend working with this company!

The trip of a lifetime!

Our guide (Mansoor) was great! He knew a lot about all the animals and the surroundings. He aranged all the accommodations and excursions. He knew to find the animals in the parks. We went to Mikumi, Ruaha and Nyerere. The accommodations were standard which was fine. We combined all the parks and we had to spend a lot of time in the car but there was always something to see. And Mansoor is een excellent driver

An amazing trip! Well-organized and diverse

We were two travelers going on a six-day safari through Mikumi, Uduzungwa and Ruaha national parks. Our first time to Tanzania and we wanted to see both the animals and the country itself. The selection of parks in the southern circuit fit our vision and budget well. If, like us, you're unsure what to do or see, reach out to this company and they will help tailor something to your liking. We had a 4x4 Land Cruiser with four rear seats, which was spacious for two people. The car was well kept. Our guide throughout the trip was Mansoor Mohamed and we couldn't have asked for better company. Humble and well spoken with a great knowledge about nature and the animals we saw. For first-timers in Africa he made us feel safe and taken care of from the first e-mail conversation all the way until we parted ways. Some of the lodges or hotels were a bit worn down, but that was our budget range and we didn't mind. The experience, the animals, the car and the guide were all top notch. All-in-all, great services and good value for money. Would definitely seek out African Pangolin Safaris for other trips if we should return. Mansoor told us he would schedule an appointment with the leopard we didn't manage to photograph, so I guess we'll plan a new trip when its schedule is available =)
