If that isn’t enough, they way she runs her business is just as fantastic—they will answer your every question and concern, work around any issue or additional request you may have, and ensure you have a comfortable and fun time in Tanzania during and after your tour with them. When I go back in this beautiful country, I will book my tours only with Big Mama Safari.

Great experience!

We had an amazing time during the 4 days safari! Everything was arranged very well, we even got an upgrade from camping to sleeping in a lodge for one night! Tunu made sure we were having a good time during the safari and made sure there were no problems (which there weren’t at all!). The food and accomodation was very good!

Fantastic safari with Big Mama! Everything was well organized and relaxed, and Big Mama was always available for questions before and during the trip. We visited Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire and Lake Manyara all very different and beautiful. Thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly guides we saw loads of wildlife, including lions, elephants and rhino. Highly recommended!

All transportations, including hotel pick-up and flight to Selous were perfect. All were nice and helpful. The Safari was incredibly emotional, with close sightings of all savana animas, including lions and hyenas! The guide was excellent in finding the best spots. Expect a lot of dust and bumpy roads, but these are part of the Safari experience. Also, be patient for the flight back, as 1-2 hours delays happen. Five stars.

Got the quote from Big Mamas through safaribookings.com. We did have a slightly cheaper quotation but the company did not have as many reviews as Big Mamas so this swung it for us. A family of 4, 2 adults 2 children (1 severely autistic) and the way we were treat from the beginning from booking, paying the deposit and final balance on the day was second to none. I highly recommend booking with Big Mama Adventures to anyone. We had an amazing day in Mikumi, one we will treasure for the rest of our lives.
