We highly recommend Big Mama safaris! Me and my friend joined a group budget camping safari for 3days/2night through Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. We booked last min and the wonderful Big Mama could not have been more accommodating and sweet. Firstly, responded immediately with clear info, then came to our accommodation for an easy payment, briefing and gave us shirts! The safari went perfect in every sense. Pick-up, ideal accommodation, warm meals(most get cold lunchbox), insane safari sightings with out guide Godson and Big Mama even came to personally bring us back to our accommodation. Our experience was perfect truly! We recommend EVERYONE to book with her, she doesn’t just see you for you money but wants to care for you and make your experience the best it can be. Support the few women in this industry!

We went on a one-day Safari to Nyere NP (Selous) in Tanzania. It was the birthday of our little one and they even organize a birthday cake for her. The german speaking guide dave was really well-spoken and our driver was a experienced driver. We had incredible luck to see all animals that live there. I still haven´t figured out how they could see the leopard in the tree :) The lunch was really delicious. I can only recommend Big Mama Safari Adventures for the organization of this trip. The contact was always nice and endevouring. Thank you again Tunu for the birthday cake and organization.

Great customer care and support
Mistakenly book the safari for the wrong date. Discovered 24h before the date I thought I booked. They rescheduled everything in a matter of hours. That’s amazing reaction and flexibility. The safari was great, the plan, the treat, the professionalism of the team. Whether you get to see the animals you want or not (remember this is wild life, not a zoo), it’s definitely worth it.

Wildlife & Relaxation at its best!
I recently booked with BMSA for a day tour to Serval Wildlife Sanctuary and Kikuletwa Hot Springs and I had an unforgettable experience with them, exceeding my expectations in every way. I got up close and personal with incredible animals at Serval wildlife, including lions, Maasai giraffes, and zebras. The highlight of my day was also the visit to Kikuletwa Hotsprings, a natural wonder surrounded by lush greenery. The company's passion for conservation and sustainability is evident in every aspect of their service, from comfortable transportation to expert guides and delicious meals. I highly recommend Big Mama Safari Adventures for their exceptional services and this is the ideal trip for anyone with limited time in Arusha since I did all these activities in just a day, in time to get to the airport for my flight off to Zanzibar.

Big Mama Safari is a very responsible and hard working company. We took a four days safari tour. We had a wonderful and enjoyable time with this safari tour company. Materuni Waterfalls
We absolutely loved the Materuni Waterfalls tour! Our guide John was amazing — not only did he make the whole experience really enjoyable, but he also went above and beyond by helping us solve an issue we had with our luggage. The village visit was also a highlight: the coffee-making explanation was super interesting, and the local guide there was incredible as well. Highly recommended!

Spectacular experience
While it's impossible to foresee how any safari will turn out, this particular one exceeded all expectations. We went on a 4 days private safari with our guide, Godson who was exceptional ~ he was responsive to our needs, enjoyable to converse with, and had extensive knowledge about the parks and wildlife. We truly appreciated him. Additionally, our accommodations were top-notch, contributing to a wonderful experience overall.
