Everything was amazing from start to finish. All tours were well planned, very well coordinated. Tongesai was exceptional, very well mannered, caring individual, he made sure everyone was happy and comfortable. I would give 100 stars if u could!!

Absolutely wonderful!
I can't say enough good things about our 4-day tour "Victoria Falls Safari Tour & Chobe National Park game drive" provided by Cultural Vibes. The whole experience was extraordinary and a great value for the cost. It included pick-up at our hotel, then transport to the airport at the end. It also included sunset and morning river cruises, two game drives, a helicopter ride over Victoria Falls, a tour of the Falls park, dinner & drum show, and rooms & meals at a very comfortable lodge. The guides were exceptional - very knowledgeable and personable (and very patient with us "older ladies"). It was obvious that Cultural Vibes had given a lot of thoughtful consideration as to how to make their guests feel welcome and comfortable (the lined ponchos were very much appreciated on the 6am game drive!). When our departing flight was delayed a day, our guide even helped us figure out a problem with the African airline and transported us to the airport a day later than originally planned. The whole tour was truly exceptional.

Worry free tour!
Cultural vibes took care of every detail when arranging our flight over Victoria Falls. We had some logistical issues around scheduling and they worked with us to meet every challenge. Great company to work with!

My travel companions and I chose the 4 day experience. Technically it is really a 3 day experience, because the last day they provide airport transportation. I feel they go above and beyond in making sure they are providing their customers with a safe, exciting and exceptional experience. Gari was our driver/guide in Zimbabwe, and was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Gari either made sure we were where we needed to be or provided his own guide trip to the Victoria Falls. He even provided the rain gear, which is most necessary. Gari and his "boss" Mr T. went above and beyond when Delta postponed our flight by a day, by helping to make sure that the connecting airline would change our reservation. They then made sure we got to the airport on time, a day later. They are always willing to provide any additional things that you would like to see and do. If you looking for a guided tour company, this is the one to use, and one that I would have no hesitation in using again.

Amazing village visit experience
We just finished a 2-week tour of South Africa with extension to Victoria Falls and the Monde Village Cultural Experience was one of the highlights of the entire trip. It is a must-do for anyone in the area. Tongesai (our guide) was very personable and worked with us to customize the experience. He was flexible and took time to explain many things that aren't part of the "regular tour". We had great conversations throughout the tour. He ended up dropping us off so late (8:30pm), his wife had to call him twice. He took a few pictures with us so he had alibi. :) Mr Ncube (our village host) and his family were welcoming and excited to show us their way of life. Mr Ncube's explanations of his culture, family structure, farming struggles, and discussions on many topics showed us a simple way of life, much different than our modern American ways, but it made so much sense. People here fight hard to live but they do it with a smile. They may be poor, but not in spirit. We asked many questions and received questions ourselves. It was as if I was visiting an uncle living in a rural part of a third-world country. This family made us felt at home. We wish we had more time to sit under the summer kitchen during a raining day, sharing food and chatting with these folks. We wish we could sit in the winter kitchen to hear him teach his children and grandchildren. Needless to say, we spent 4+ hrs at this experience and wanted more. I am now back to "civilization" in a nice Qatari hotel, but I kept thinking about my time in the simple Monde Village. What a breath of fresh air that was. I brought some extra clothes to give, but ended up giving as much as I could live without for the rest of my trip. A pair of sandals doesn't mean much to me, but it means a lot to people in these villages. This is 30+ hrs flight from home so it is a one-time chance to help; I had to make the best of it. If I can come back to this area, I will definitely bring more people to share in this amazing experience. I encourage all who come to Victoria Falls to add this cultural experience to their itinerary.

Competently, flexible, courteous
We had a wonderful time in Zimbabwe. We spent some days in Hawange National Park and could enjoy the wilderness in this beautiful nature. We had lovely lodge called Hide Lodge. Some days later we visited the Victoria falls. The helicopter flight was amazing and the guided tour very interessting with our guide Tongesai. We also did a canoe tour which I can also really recommend. It was so much fun and a bit of adventure too. We also did the sunset cruise, the rino walk and the Chobe river. All of that did we enjoy. But the rino walk was a bit short. It was just one short walk, the rest of the time we had a safari there. But it was still impressiv to come to those animal close. I can really recommend the Chobe river. It's just great to have a safari by boat, so that you can enjoy the wildlife in another way. Cultural vibes travel an tour did a great job. Everything was well organised and our guide Tongesai was always here for us to answer questions and to have a good talk. Thank you very much for this amazing time!!! One day, we will come back! :-)

Perfect fulfillment of all my desires
I found this company a few days before my trip through Safari Booking. Tongesai Mutematsaka promptly and thoroughly answered all my questions even late in the evening. We quickly agreed on everything. Upon arrival, he met me at the airport and took me to the hotel. All days of stay, he fully provided the embodiment of all my desires. On the first day, he organized a boat tour of the Zambezi. On the second, he took me to Botswana, where his friend organized first a three-hour boat tour along the Chobe River, and then a three-hour tour of the Chobe National Park. It was amazing. Huge crocodiles, hippos, buffaloes, giraffes, elephants, antelopes were literally at a distance of 3-4 meters. We also saw many other animals. Only lions could not be seen. On the third day, first there was an excursion to the Victoria Falls from Zimbabwe, and then from Zambia. Impressions are very strong. I highly recommend to see both sides (for this, put down a KAZA visa upon arrival). On the fourth day, a transfer to the airport was also carried out. Separately, I want to emphasize the reliability of Tongesai Mutematsaka. He was never late, fulfilled all my wishes, did not ask for extra money. And the prices are probably among the lowest in Victoria Falls. Let his car not very new, but reliable and he drives it very carefully. During the entire stay, there was not a single problem. I highly recommend!

Unforgettable memories
Thanks a lot for the best emotions! Everything was very good from the very beginning till the end of our stay. We took the helicopter flight, your guide transferred us from the airport to the helicopter and after that to the hotel and rainforest. We've had enough time to see everything. The next day he booked us a Tram to Zambia and put us after that back to the airport! Thanks a lot for our pleasant stay!

Serious and trustable tour operator
Tongesai arranged everything for our 3 days trip in Vic Falls within our tight budget : guesthouse, game drives, sunset cruise, airport transfert and even shopping. He was very friendly, reliable and explained us many things about the country. The accommodation was modest but very pleasant, clean and quiet, with a large kitchen for cooking. We had a really nice time in the garden. We didn't have to worry about the different activities as everything was included in the price and organized by the tour operator. I highly recommend Cultural Vibes to anyone looking for an enjoyable and affordable trip to Victoria Falls.

Excellent planning of our four day three night adventure in Victoria Falls, with excellent carry out
Our guide medicine at the airport as planned, and we went on to land, (Chobe national park in Zambia and Zambezi national park in Zimbabwe) And two water safaris. We saw lots of animals. All particular significant was seeing hippos on land, as well as many in the water and many beautiful birds, many baboons and monkeys. We also spent a day learning about the falls both from the Zambia side, as well as the Zimbabwe side, as well as a helicopter ride over the falls, which was all awesome. We had interest in seeing the Livingston Museum on the Zambia side and our guide made arrangements for us to do that as well Along the road in the parks, we had to stop often to see elephants and giraffes crossing the road many baboons and monkeys. Our guide was very engaging, new history, and really seemed to enjoy his job. Our accommodations were wonderful breakfast and supper were included in the experience , when the evening we spent learning about drumming, dancing and foods of Africa, it was an awesome evening. I would highly recommend Booking with this company as he did a lot of pre-planning and carried out the things that we had planned even though we did have some rainy weather with that rain we were provided rain gear. It was just awesome! I would do it again in a minute! Great value for the money spent!

Tongesai Mutematsaka is prompt, detail oriented, knowledgeable and amazing at designing a great tour
Mr. Tongesai Mutematsaka of Cultural Vibes & Tours designed an amazing Botswana and Zimbabwe safari vacation for us at very short notice and with very little input. He picked us up personally at Victoria Falls. We were well taken care of and had the best time of our life starting from our timely pickup from Harare Airport. He took care of all reservations, transportation, lodging, boarding, and entertainment. His choice of lodges and cultural events was great. Our trip included stay at Harare, Hwange National park, Victoria Falls, Chobe National Park, Okavango Delta and the Kalahari. The private lodges in the Delta, Kalahari and Hwange were amazing. We saw 100's of elephants, numerous Lion prides, Antelopes, Giraffes, Hippos, Buffaloes and birds all in the wild. The tour price quoted was reasonable given the private and exclusive nature of the trip. I would recommend Mr. Tongesai as a tour consultant to anybody planning to visit Zimbabwe and Botswana. Thank you Mr Tongesai for making this memorable trip happen for us!

Amazing Victoria Falls tour and Safari Experience at Hwange National Park
We enjoyed our 4 day excursion to Victoria Falls and Safari at Hwange National Park. Our Cultural Vibes' tour guide was knowledgeable and personable. We appreciated the special effort to meet our needs such as vegetarian meals and customizing the tour package. The package included transportation to and from the airport, transportation to and from Victoria Falls and Hwange National Park, lodging, meals, and private guided tour of Victoria Falls and Safari drives. We plan to reserve another trip with Cultural Vibes and would recommend them to other tourists looking for excellent service and breathtaking experiences.

Personal and authentic day out with Tongesai
We did a day trip with Tongesai through the Chobe National Park with transfers either side of the trip to Victoria Falls. Tongesai was reliable and on time throughout the day. We were picked up at our hotel and he accompanied us for the whole day. We firstly did a boat cruise on the Chobe River with our Botswana guide, John. He was so knowledgable and really showed us some of the best bits of the park. Our lunch stop at the lodge was great and then we went on to do our game drive. We were a group of 4 adults and had our own game vehicle. I don't know if that is standard or if that is just because we were visiting as they enter their low season, but either way the whole day felt very personal and intimate. Not like a tour where you're ferried around in huge groups. It was perfect for us and I will be recommending tours with Tongesai to all those who visit Zimbabwe or the surrounding attractions.

Choebe day trip
I would highly recommend booking the Botswana Choebe day trip with Tongesai. He responded almost immediately to all email correspondence, online booking and payment was very simple. Tongesai collected us at our Vic falls accommodation as planned and drove the 4 of us privately in his vehicle to the Botswana border , border formalities were quick and simple. We did a 3 hr boat safari followed by lunch then the 3 hr game drive all within the Choebe Nat park. Game viewing was incredible and I have done many African Safaris. If you are looking for a more personal experience to the normal large tour groups then look no further than Tongesai and Cultural Vibes tours.

Reliable, trustworthy and very friendly
Our trip to Chobe national park was wonderfully well organised. We were collected on time and had a wonderful drive to the border. All the formalities were done efficiently with all the help we needed. The morning boat ride was amazing. We had a fantastic guide who was able to show us so many things. The afternoon jeep safari was just as good. Once again a very knowledgeable guide who even managed to find a pride of lions to observe. It was a great day perfectly organised for us by cultural vibes. I can highly recommend them and would hesitate to book further trips the next time we visit Victoria Falls

Tongesai took outstanding care of our group of 10 friends traveling to Hwange from start to finish!
We wanted to add on to our Africa tour and asked Tongesai for his help to find a tented camp, reasonably priced, that offered great game viewing and he really came through for us. He arranged a pick up in Zambia at our resort, transport across to Zimbabwe's Hawge National Park and a stay at the Iganyana Camp. The transfer, through 2 countries immigration process and 2.5hours to the camp went really smoothly. Our stay at Iganyana was amazing-accommodations, service, food and game drives were really great! Then it was back to Victoria Falls and our return home. Cultural Vibes took great care of us, from our initial request, through payments online, pickup times were ontime, never a moment of concern. It was my first time working with Tongesai and I hope it will not be the last---we highly recommend Cultural Vibes Travel!!
