Highly recommended — a truly unforgettable experience!

It was simply amazing — the whole trip and the staff! From the organization to the excursions, everything was perfect, and even when we encountered a small issue, it was solved professionally in just a few minutes exactly as we had hoped. We had asked for several quotes, both from Italy and local operators, and although the itineraries seemed similar and prices were comparable, DK Tours and Safaris clearly stood out. Their excursions were of a higher level — for example, we had private tours and even two helicopter rides included, which no other agency offered at the same price point. Most of the other operators proposed tented accommodations, while DK always provided charming 3- to 4-star lodges. DK Tours and Safaris is the main agency, but for each stop and activity they collaborate with a network of local professional guides, making every single experience a true full immersion into the culture, nature, and atmosphere of the place — authentic, engaging, and incredibly enriching. A special thanks goes to Enock, who accompanied us from Victoria Falls to the Okavango Delta — treating us like his own children. He is a passionate guide, truly in love with nature and wildlife, and his enthusiasm made every experience more meaningful. Thanks also to Owen, who coordinated all the logistics and supported us with every detail, always present remotely to ensure everything went smoothly. And a big thank you to Webster, the owner, who welcomed us personally at the airport and made sure all our requests were fulfilled. The only constructive comment I would like to give: it would be great to have clearer information about the exact times of activities or transfers to better manage the day and avoid unnecessary downtime (for example, early departures with activities scheduled only in the late afternoon). Reliable and quick to respond

We are a retired couple, and we've used DK Tours to arrange a private, 10 day safari. From the beginning, it was a good experience. Webster responded very quickly to my email, and booked hotels, meals, activities, and transportation. When our plans had changed, he modified our trip to accommodate our needs. I was in contact with Webster via email and WhatsApp, which made the booking stress free. A couple of other operators that I'd contacted, wanted more than twice the price we got from DK Tours, and they use the same hotels and game drive operators! We started our tour in Victoria Falls, where we were picked up by one of the Webster's associates, and transferred to our hotel. On the same day we went on a sunset cruise, which was excellent. I don't want to detail our whole itienary, but we stayed in Victoria Falls, Kasane, Elephant Sands, Nata, and Maun. We visited the fabulous Victoria Falls, attended boma (dinner with local performers), three river cruises, seven game drives (one of them on a canoe in the Okavango Delta), and a helicopter ride over the Okavango Delta. We saw enormous number of animals, just as DK Tours advertised. We also had the pleasure to spend time with Webster, as he picked us in Kasane, and stayed with us for the rest of our trip. Great person, very knowledgeable, good natured, and fun to be with. Overall, it was one of the best trips we've ever had, and we spend most of our time traveling the world. These people get it. You are in great hands. They can be trusted. We asked for a special detour to see Impalila Island - which requires another border crossing. We had very little time, and we knew that, but they made it happen!! We were pretty amazed as they navigated us through Zambia, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Botswana —- all in 1 day! - so unreal. We will use these folks wherever and whenever we possibly can.

From the first time I made contact with D K Tours in relation to tours & quotes Webster has been outstanding. When he was not available both Brighton & Owen stepped in replying to my questions. The attention to detail on the tour itself was fabulous & any reasonable request was listened to & action taken to help. The value for money was good in all but one place which was Elephant Sands (2 stars) I have no hesitation in recommending D K Tours and Safaris for your next African tour. I will definitely be using Webster & his team again in the future.

We had an incredible personalised 6 day tour of Hwange/Chobe/Vic Falls! We were also fortunate to see the big 5 in the 5 days! Our guide/driver in Hwange, Thuylani, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and passionate; sharing everything with us. For the 6 days, it always felt like we were the utmost priority to ensure the best experience possible. When we had an issue at the Zimbabwe border, our beautiful driver, Enoch contacted Webster who was quick to help us out. However, none of this amazing experience was possible without the prompt responses from the DK team (we were in contact with Brighton and Owen). They answered all our questions and made sure that if we had any requests, to simply ask! Whatever they could do, they would. During the tour itself, we were never left questioning what was happening next or waiting for pick ups. Had an amazing day on the extended Chobe Day Trip. Webster, Kiddy and Enoch were all great, and helped me to spot lots of wildlife. I highly recommend getting up early to do this trip with DK.

Amazing company and Safari!

We did the 6 day 5 night tour of Zimbabwe (Hwange National Park and Victoria Falls) and Botswana (Chobe National Park). It was amazing!! Webster at DK Tours was amazing at every step of both the organisation of the trip and through our Safari itself. Enock from DK Tours and NKula from the sister company in Botswana (Tony’s Mobile Safaris) were also brilliant and took great care of us on all our safaris and excursions. A Memorable Trip and Highly Reliable Tour Company - DK Tours & Safaris

Webster from DK Tours helped customised our tour over a 9 Day trip to the Victoria Falls, Hwange Safari tour and stay, Chobe Safari, Whitewater Rafting, Zipline, River Cruise, Safari Dinners, Helicopter ride, Encounter with the Lions, and many more. We saw many animals (Elephants, Giraffes, Hippo, Hyena, Lions, Impalas, Deers, so many species of Birds, Crocodiles, etc) over the 9 days despite being a wet season. If anyone is looking for a travel company that is flexible, accommodative and personable, DK Tours is the solution. Seamless arrangements from the time we landed at the airport until we entered the departure area. Flexible - We wanted some changes to the itinerary to fit our different preferences. e.g. my husband and I wanted to visit Zambia for a day trip while our son wanted the ATV ride Accommodative - We wanted to change the size of hotel room, some of the activities and schedule in the itinerary and all our requests were attended to without hesitation. Personable - Webster personally picked us up from the airport, accompanied us to the Victoria Falls walking tour, Zambia for a day trip and was at the airport to ensure that we checked in before seeing us off at the departure area. The game drive was exhilarating! I appreciated the thoroughness and the hard work the guide and assistant both put in to make the experience a very memorable one. Definitely unforgettable. Saw just about everything advertised except the Leopard, which can be an elusive animal. We did detect what the guide thought were Leopard tracks. Camping was exciting and a great way to see the animals that appear early in the morning and in the evening. Camping is probably the best way to see the most animals! The guide and assistant very friendly, polite, and helpful. This tour is highly recommended!

Reliable and trustworthy

I booked with Webster’s company online and he proved to be trustworthy and reliable. He arranged an amazing 3 day camping safari in Chobe. Our guide Jack was very knowledgeable and motivated and went out of his way to help us spot the animals! We enjoyed the safari so much that we then arranged a last minute safari to Hwange and Webster again sorted it out for us seamlessly! I would definitely recommend him as a tour operator. His local knowledge is immense and he was always available and happy to help. For example he sorted our airport pick-up at the last minute and arranged a visit at the wild dog conservation centre on our way to Hwange national park.

My husband and I booked a tour of Victoria Falls and Botswana with DK Tours and Safaris and could not have asked for a better experience. The whole team were knowledgeable, organised and attentive throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, the itinerary was absolutely fantastic- a mix of various types of safari, a Mokoro trip, visiting Victoria Falls and sleeping out on the Ntwetwe Pan, and the trip ran extremely smoothly and we felt it was all very good value for money. Webster and Owen were very helpful before we went out in helping to answer numerous questions very quickly and comprehensively. It was an absolutely incredible trip, full of very special memories which will last a lifetime, and the team at DK tours were faultless- we felt completely safe and reassured in their hands.

Friendly and reliable organization. We booked a combo of 4 activities and got a really good price. For whitewater rafting, the team even organized some wetsuits for us. The groups of guests were always 4 people which was very nice and private. Webster and his team are absolutely great and they delivered in the best way possible. Communication was super quick and was so easy to arrange everything. A really reliable operator for anything you would need in Vic. Falls.

Using local Zimbabwean guides clearly gave us the best possible experience.

We hired DK Tours & Safaris to arrange a two-week trip throughout Zimbabwe. We started in Harare, went to Mana Pools National Park, Great Zimbabwe, Matobo Hills National Park, Hwange National Park, and Victoria Falls. Webster Musaidzi arranged the whole thing, including all the hotels, safaris, and transfers. Everything went very smoothly. Webster and Brighton drove us through much of the country and were excellent guides and great people to travel with. They were gracious in adding in additional stops for things were were interested in, including a visit to a village. The only problem we had was at the Meikles Hotel in Harare, where we had a wallet stolen from our room and were drastically overcharged. DK Tours & Safaris were not responsible for this and presumably will not use the hotel in the future. One of the nicest things about the trip was that we worked with Webster to plan our OWN itinerary, focused on what we wanted to do and when. Webster was super knowledgeable and accommodating. It was also good to know that our money was staying in Zimbabwe and benefiting the local economy. If you are planning to go to Zimbabwe, Botswana, or Zambia, I would heartily encourage you to choose DK Tours & Safaris to arrange your trip and execute it for you.

Flexible and reliable, trying to make your holiday a success

Webster was very helpful in organising our stay in that part of Africa. Contact with him was very easy. We used his services for airport transfers, the extended day tour in Chobe, the helicopter flight, the sunset dinner cruise and I can't say any negative word about it. I would maybe only suggest a better boat for the river safari in Chobe. We also did the guided tour of the Falls but we thought that this was probably not necessary and we could have done it on our own. Still, I can't say any bad word about that toir either. Everything was very well organised and Webster showed a lot of flexibility. I can highly recommend DK Tours. He uses reliable partners.
