Amazing safari experience!

We really enjoyed our Safari with DK tours! Our stay at Robins camp was amazing, with great service, loads of game drives and delicious food. This place made the trip feel exclusive and everything was arranged for us. Our time in Chobe was also great! Beautiful area with animals all around. We had game drives both with car and boat. Here we got really close on the animals which was perfect. The hotel and service in Chobe was not as great as Robins, but the staff at Travelodge was very helpful and service minded. Thank you Webster, Simon and everyone that made our experience something to remember for life!

An exceptional tour. I can’t rate DK Tours and Safaris highly enough. If there was a 6 star rating I would chose it. I travelled as a single woman and from the time of booking I felt confident that I was dealing with a professional company. All emails were answered promptly and Webster provided a detailed interactive itinerary for my consideration. I was provided with choices for optional tours and these were all in place before I arrived in Africa. From my first meeting with Webster I felt confident that I was in safe and capable hands. My 2 days in Chobe NP were handled by a partner company who were of an equally high standard. Nothing was too much trouble for Nkula who went out of his way to ensure I had a great safari experience. Webster travelled with me to Elephant Sands and the Okavango Delta. He was extremely good company and very knowledgeable. My entire trip ran like clockwork. Every pickup was on time, all organised activities were as described and more importantly I felt safe and confident with Webster as my driver and guide. I would not hesitate to recommend DK Tours and Safaris to anyone travelling in Southern Africa.

Family holiday Hwange National Park, Victoria Falls & Chobe National Park hosted by Webster Musaidzi

The first thing that I need to mention is how overwhelmingly honest my dealing with Webster was. We had this trip planned several years earlier and had to cancel, Webster took care of your paid money and the security of our money was never in doubt! When we finally got to re-book the trip Webster immediately discounted our trip appropriately. To me this sums up the integrity and honesty of Webster. After this the trip all went perfectly to plan and ran smooth as clockwork. Our time was full, busy and interesting. All our accommodation was at a great level including our overnight camping in the bush. The whole family enjoyed the time spent with Webster and I would totally recommend his services and when I return to Vic Falls soon, I will certainly be using the services of Webster and DK Tours and Safaris for my booking and planning. I have had quite a lot of dealings with Webster now at the start by e-mail and then in person. I have really enjoyed all my interactions with him and consider him a friend. Vic Falls is a wonderful place to visit, I would thoroughly recommend everybody visit at least once. I have been there 3 times now and it holds a special place in my heart!

Wonderful trip

To all travelers to Africa in search of adventure! Who want to travel with confidence, with an exceptional experience, I recommend DKTOURS with your eyes closed! We had the chance to cross Zimbabwe, Zambia and Botswana for a trip adapted to our desires, which delighted our eyes and our hearts. An intense and unforgettable adventure which made us see the best of Victoria Falls, and of Chobe. Sunset cruise, walking views of the falls, helicopter flight, thrilling devil pool experience, water and land cruise safari, and overnight camp in Chobe. 4 days of intense moments etched forever. Thumbs up for a very competent and reliable travel agency in Victoria Falls

DK Tour is a reputable and competent travel agency in Victoria Falls. The contact, the advice, the communication and the payment for the trip were easy and efficient and far cheaper than with a travel agency from Germany. My wife and I were excellently looked after on site by the boss, Mr. Webster Musidzi, and given the best advice on the selection of events and providers (helicopter flight, dinner cruise). Mr. Musidzi was always personally on hand to make sure we were picked up from the hotel on time. We would highly recommend DK Tours in Victoria Falls for planning a trip to Zimbabwe/Botswana.

Don’t look further!

My friend and myself just finished the 8-Day Victoria Falls, Chobe NP and Okavango Delta Tour with Webster on Christmas Eve while the enquiry was handled by Owen 6 months ago. Throughout the process and trip, both Owen and Webster were professional, accommodating and very friendly. Despite the fact that all the activities were outsourced, we enjoyed particularly the spectacular Victoria Falls National Park and the Full-Day Safari and Early Morning Drive in Chobe National Park where we saw the big five, with the exception of the rhino. This is in addition to other animals like the hippo, giraffe, impala, hyena and others. As for the accommodation, we enjoyed Chobe Safari Lodge as the safari room was huge, there was a pool to soak after a long day, 2 excellent restaurants (ala carte and buffet dinner) to choose from and not forgetting breakfast with sparkling wine to start the day. Though it was not clear on a few days if all meals were included with the use of HB/HB+ instead of FB/FB+ in the itinerary, this was duly sorted out by Webster. There was also a slight delay of our journey on day 6, this was rectified with a service recovery lunch and apologies from him. All in all, do enjoy yourself and most importantly, manage your expectations as you embark on your next amazing journey with him. Note: A friendly tip that the Elephant Sands Lodge do not have air conditioning but the stay was still ok with the morning chirping of birds at 5am and how they kept themselves busy with their nests at the restaurant area where breakfast was served.

The Best professional and the most helpful tour operator that I ever met!!!!

I approached Mr. Webster Musaidzi and DK Tours & Safaris after a deep survey to find an appropriate tour operator who could help us tailor our first safari in Africa. From the beginning, I found a person who put our requirements and willingness on the front and tried all his effort to make us happy and to accommodate what we wanted. I must admit that Webster was almost the only one who read actually what we wanted. Most of the other tour operators just try to convince us to take their already planned tour without the right concern about our needs. For us, it was an actual issue since we came to Zimbabwe safari after one week of safari in Tanzania, where Mr Webster also helped us with his well-connected Africa network. During the seven months after we made the reservation up to the safari date, Webster turned out to be our major consultant for everything we needed. From the moment we arrived in Zimbabwe one of his team or Webster himself escorted us and took care of everything. When I write “everything" I mean it, it started with the border control, and continued with third-party tour suppliers, like the dinner boat company or helicopter tour. He verified that we would have a VIP treatment in any one of the activities we took. His team is excellent, I was completely impressed with their professionalism, standing on time, being very knowledgeable, very helpful, and very very friendly. Webster's unique friendship and willingness to help came to its highest level when we faced difficulties in the airport back home. Not only did he wait in the airport until we ended the check-in, but when he found out that we had a problem and the flight was cancelled, he took us to his office and he and his team worked like crazy to solve our problems with the airline and hotel reservation. This is above and far from any expectation one can find in a regular tour operator. For example, Webster took us to the airline office in another part of the city and helped us bridge the communication with the travel agent in the office. The customer service we got is second to none. I highly recommend Mr. Webster Musaidzi and DK Tours & Safaris for any activities in Africa, and we definitely will use their services again and again

It’s true when you hear the expression “I left my heart in Africa “as it has happened to us . I would like to thank the DK tours team for the fantastic itinerary they put together and the personal touch .For making our bucket list adventure come true . Webster ,a fountain of knowledge and the patience of a saint . The Chobe National park safari was nothing short of amazing .Victoria Falls is spectacular ,and if you can pluck up the courage Devil’s pool is worth a visit along with a dip in the Zambezi river . Sunset river cruise ,traditional Mokoro on the Okavango delta ,to mention a few. The only downside is having to say goodbye . We highly recommend DK tours ,you exceeded all our expectations.Thank you !! It was worth every cent and more !!

We did an eight day safari through DK Tours & Safaris (Vic Falls, Chobe, Elephant Sands, Okavanga). We loved every minute of it. Every one of our guides was welcoming, accommodating, reliable, and knowledgeable. Their customer service was excellent, and they planned the tour very well. We spent the most time with Enock, who was super friendly, and it was clear how passionate and knowledgeable he was about wildlife and nature. Couldn’t recommend this company more and we will definitely book with them again if we do another safari! Trip of a lifetime.

Friendly and helpful

We did the 2 Day Chobe Park Safari tour and everything has exceeded our expectations. Our Botswana guide was fantastic. We got to see all the animals we were hoping to see and this thanks to the guide who went above and beyond for many hours, in the afternoon and in the early morning, to help us find them. Also the river safari was interesting. We chose the overnight stay in the lodge and it was a good accomodation. DK Safari has been a good choice. Recommended.

A memorable experience.

We did the 8-day Victoria Falls, Chobe NP and Okavango Delta Safari and had the most amazing time. Everything was exactly as described in the itinerary and it all went off without a problem. We loved the variety of experiences this Safari offered: game drives, flat bottom dugouts in the delta, river cruises on the Zambezi and small boat trips. The guides were always knowledgeable and friendly. The accommodation was comfortable and even quite luxurious. The stay in Elephant Sands, with elephants wandering about so close to you, was a highlight. All the food was tasty and plentiful in all three accommodations. We did the optional helicopter flights in both Victoria Falls and Okavango Delta before we did the on-ground tours and would recommend them. It provided another perspective and also gave more understanding of your ground experience. We saw so many animals, insects and plant life. And all so close! We saw everything we had hoped to see except a leopard, which is notoriously difficult to find. Flying into Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe and out of Maun in Botswana meant that we didn’t have too much time on the road – 31/2 hours was the longest drive. Thank you to Webster, Owen and team for a memorable experience.
