Excellent and reliable safari tour operator

We joined the 5 day Amboseli, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara safari plus 2 days city tour in Nairobi. Phine Safaris exceeded our expectations in many areas. Perpetua was very responsive and excellent in communication and coordination before and throughout the trip. Our safari guide was very professional and worked hard to find the big 5 and many other animals. Our tour was ‘mid-range’ and the accommodations and food were above our expectations. The safari 4X4 vehicle was comfortable despite the bumpy road conditions. . The hotel, vehicle and driver for the city tour were also great. This was our first safari and it was such a smooth and unforgettable trip. We felt the tour was priced reasonably. I would not hesitate to recommend Phine Safaris to anyone looking for a reliable safari tour operator.

Phine Safaris, reliable and trust worthy tour operator. We had an excellent safari met them at their office they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our choice of accommodation was excellent. The guide was fabulous he knew where the animals would be. Communication was excellent answerd all our questions The landcruiser was always stocked very generously with water. After researching many tour operators this company offered more for you buck.

Phil and his team were very responsive to our inquiries even before we booked the trip. We described what we needed and they delivered. On the departure day, the drivers were on time, the vehicles very clean and the drivers were also knowledgeable and friendly. At Mara, they knew where to go to find the wildlife. They were committed, not just doing another trip. We truly enjoyed the trip.

Memorable Trips with Phine Safaris

I have used Phine safaris countless times and in the recent past on a trip to the Maasai Mara (Kenya) which was truly memorable. I have found them quite knowledgeable about their tours, attentive to detail and customer centric! They understood what I was looking for in a trip to the Mara, took the headache out of the search/planning and walked the journey with me up to the safari end. They also do offer value for money since they will create packages that suit one's taste, preference and budget. This ensures that there is always something for everyone, solo or family travelers. I have also used them to travel with family and they offered us a package that was both enjoyable for us the parents and fun for the kids. Highly recommended!

Brilliant Safari your company

Hello Myself and my partner booked with Phine Safari. We were nervous bank transfer if such a large amount of money up front. But the team at Phine Safari were brilliant and stayed in constant contact via email and wats app. Our driver also named Jack was brilliant from start to finish offering information and getting us great views of the big 5. Our accommodation was also amazing and we got Wi-Fi, free food and alcohol with branded cocktails and the service was 5 stars.

He is capable to customize the entire trip based on each customer needs and budget. The guide Julis was fabulous. He knows everything about the national parks and animals and knows exactly where should be to see the animals in the right position. Excellent execution

We had a great experience with phine safaris. Jeremy was very prompt in responding to any of our questions and Isaac our driver was very experienced. We had great sightings of lions (maybe 20 lions), cheetahs and elephants. The hotels chosen by phine safaris were outstanding. We stayed at emaiyan luxury resort at masai mara and sarova woodlands at lake nakuru. Everything was perfect and I would recommend them to everyone.

Excellence could easily be the other name of Phine Safaris. I have done quite a number of safari tours curated by them since 2017 and not one has had a hitch. So far, I've been to the magical maasai mara twice, the amboseli, the tsavo and the ol-pajeta and visited so many parks in Kenya. There is just a calmness and peace one experiences while in the wild and I can confidently say I've been able to experience that through the meticulous planning done by the team at Phine safaris. They make sure to understand your needs and want and plan great excursions to make the tour all the more enjoyable. I have definitely experienced great value for money as most of the safaris have been done with friends which goes along way in making the tours more affordable and also makes the safaris more enjoyable because some things like experiences are better shared

Phine Safaris team was amazing throughout our trip. They were very flexible and allowed us to change our itinerary after the trip had already started and re arranged the reservations accordingly. Lastly, our driver Ibrahim was always on time, drove very safely and reliable, he also took care of returning my wallet which was found after i left the country.

They are very professional, amazing brief before the safari. During the safari a lot of history and facts about the cultures and riftvalley. The patience of the driver guide while viewing the animals was amazing. He kept into consideration the direction of the sun inorder for us to take better pics. Perfect stay and amazing food too.

Incredible team for an incredible experience!

My friend and I booked our Mt Kenya trek through Phine Safaris and they did not disappoint. Right from the beginning, the team responded to my many questions, thank you Kelvin, and provided details about the packages they offer. We were able to customize our trip and add a stop at Ol Pejeta conservancy at the end HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Our guides, Joseph and Tim, and our cooks, Harrison and James, worked incredibly hard to keep us motivated, and well fed. We ate delicious meals. They catered to my dairy-free, pescatarian diet. ALL the meals were delicious. They treated us like old friends and were very relaxed, kind, and knowledgeable, and were constantly checking-in with us. We also had the opportunity to learn about the various places, animals, and plant life along the way. They met with us each morning to talk about weather, hiking conditions, layering (clothing) advice, and what to expect. 11 out of 10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND booking with Phine Safaris!

Phine Safari, Ms. Njeri, did a wonderful job in organizing my solo hiking trip to Mt. Kenya Lenana point from Sirimon gate to Chigoria Banda. It was a flawless arrangement. The guide in charge Mr Ibrahim made it very easy dropping At Sirimon gate and picking up from Chigoria Banda. My hiking guide Mr Timothy, cook Joseph , and porter Brandon did excellent job in making my hiking a fun. I would recommend them for your next adventure in Kenya.

This is our first Safari experience. We did 5 days 4 nights visiting Amboseli, Lake Nakuru & Maasai Mara. The Safari experiences were a dream come true for us. We saw lions eating the kill from the previous night. We saw healthy population of lion and elephant herds in Maasai Mara. The Tuskers in Amboseli, rhinos and variety of birds in Lake Nakuru. The Sopa Lodges included in the package are comfortable and close/in the park. The buffets selection were not bad either. Our guide James was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure that we had the best experience and even go an extra mile to look for the big 5. We definitely recommend Phine Safari for your safari booking. You won’t be disappointed.

Mt Kenya I cannot stress enough what an unforgettable experience this trip was. I was blessed to have an amazing team comprised of Samuel, Joseph, and Bonface, with Ibrahim as our fearless driver. We started our journey at Sirimon Gate where Mt Kenya park was celebrating ‘customer appreciation week’ by giving us candy, a rose, and fed us cake. After lunch, Samuel and I began our journey up to Old Moses campground and enjoyed a wonderful dinner made by Joseph and Bonface. The meals were always filling and plentiful. I never felt hungry, and was always energized for the next stretch of the hike. The following morning we made a long journey through valleys where the view of Mt Kenya was breathtaking. After a long day we made it to Shiptons camp. It was a busy hub for dozens of hikers but I met a lot of amazing people while there. The following morning was a 2am wake up for 3am start to make it for sunrise on Lenana peak. The journey was challenging and chilly, but seeing the clear sky with infinite stars above us was motivation enough to keep trekking upward. Once on the peak, the view is one that cannot be replicated. A beautiful panorama of mountains as far as the eye can see. We were lucky to have a clear morning where the visibility was in our favor. After snapping a few photos we started back down as we had a long day of descent down the mountain all the way to Anabas lodge. There, the team enjoyed some drinks at the bar, shared one final dinner together, and swapped hiking stories. The next morning we packed up after breakfast and made the drive back. My team certainly made my experience one that I will never forget and I will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you Phine Safaris for organizing this trip. And thank you again to Samuel, Bonface, Joseph, and Ibrahim for making dozens of memories with me. I’ll see you next time. -Pete
