Not only would we recommend Phine Safaris to anyone who is looking for a safari in Kenya, but I would book them again and again, 10 times over, as we had a most wonderful and memorable experience. Form the moment we contact Phine Safaris, we felt instantly taken care in how they listened to what our needs/budgets were in order to design a trip that best suits our family. When we met our guide, we continued to feel cared for, and so much so, that by the end of our trip we felt a special connection and the beginning of a friendship. Months have passed since our time with Phine Safaris and we're still talking about the amazing experience we all had...as we look forward to retuning to Kenya once again and reconnecting with a company and staff that we all loved!

We have always wanted to travel to Africa and specifically chose Kenya because of the people we have met in the US who are Kenyan and the diverse areas to explore. Our top desires in coordinating this trip were to get to know Kenyans; safely and respectfully enjoy the safaris; learn more history and take in spectacular and breathtaking sites; indulge in the language (Swahili), culture and heritage of the countrysides as well as city life in Nairobi; and relax on the world renowned Diani Beach. All while celebrating a Birthday and even conducting a bit of business! Phine Safaris exceeded ALL of our expectations with consistent communication, affordability, lovely accommodations, attention to detail, and professional exceptional customer service. Hi, Perpetua and her team made the experience a most memorable one! We were especially impressed with her taking the time to walk us to the supermarket to get to some snacks for the long ride to the Mara. That little detail spoke volumes to her commitment to ensuring our best experiences there down to the miniscule of detail. We felt that she was right there every step of the way and that made us feel confident in planning and booking with Phines Safaris from such a great distance. Adventure of a Lifetime!

What can I say but AMAZING. From start to finish everything was perfect. The communication with Jerry was timely and professional. We would ask to change our itinerary or lodging and she effortlessly made it happen. Our tour guide Julious was outstanding! He was a wealth of knowledge and was prompt and worked around our schedule. Any issues that occurred (on our part), he came up with a solution. He was always in a great mood and kept us safe. He really made the safari incredible. He made sure we saw EVERY animal we wanted to see and made sure we got the best viewing angles. I have already recommended this company and Julious to friends. It couldn't have been better

The value of our trip is out of this world priceless. It was a once in a lifetime experience. The service was excellent. The accommodations did not disappoint! Hospitality was through the roof! The tours were amazing. We saw so many animals up close ! The views were stunning! The drivers were always on time and personable. The roads and even some detours taken were safe. The vehicle was nice and having waters supplies on hand was a great touch! I can’t wait to use these services again. There is no other way to travel ! Very thankful to experience a no worry or hassle vacation! I will cherish these memories for many years to come.
