Amazing Safari Experience

We had an absolutely amazing time during our 3-Day Safari trip at Selous National Park. Our driver and guide Allen was outstanding. We fully enjoyed the time with him. Very kind, funny and at the same time very experienced and professional. The boat trip with Kazim, the walking tour with bushman simba and the village tour with Shaban. Everything was perfectly organized and well explained. Additionally everyone at the camp (Africa Safari) including the helpful masai and the service team were great. Always smiling and providing excellent service. We can definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

Great experience, the best tour operator!

What a fantastic experience we had! Everything was arranged to perfection. Our guide Erick is the best guide ever! He has a lot of humor, speaks good English and knows a lot about nature and animals. He does everything to see all the animals. The overnight stay was great. The people were very friendly and the food was really perfect! I can really recommend this reliable party if you are looking for a once in a lifetime safari! We had booked a two-day Selous safari from Zanzibar (Dutch couple).

2 friends an I went for a 4 days safari with smile with us to Mikumi and Selous Park. Our guide, Msese was the best we could imagine. He did everything to make our safari incredible, comfortable and magical. We saw all the animals possible thanks to his perfect knowledge of the parks and the animals. He was very attentive both to our comfort and to explain the animal world to us. The lodges and the meals were perfect! Thanks again for the experience. We recommend 3000%.

Very well customized tour

I have asked for a private, customized tour in selous national park. Within a few hours a get very fair priced offer for a 4 day safari from Jacob. He is the owner of smile with us tours. The driver and guide (Kassim) was waiting at Dar Es Salaam airport and picked me up for driving to the national park. First he helped me by getting a local sim card and changing money. While driving to the lodge he has given me a lot of informations about Tanzania. If I have asked him questions a could give me always a good answers. By driving he gave me good tips for more customizing my tour. So we have changed the plan of the tour a bit. A have made a cultural village tour, a boat safari, a bush walk and a national park drive. Every experience has been great. The Africa Safari Lodge is a very pleasant lodge with spacious rooms, good food, very friendly staff and a nice pool. Thank you Jacob for organizing this tour. Thank you Kassim for driving me so safe and respectful, for giving so many good informations and for your funny jokes. you have given an unforgettable experience.

Wonderful

My partner and I went on a 5 day safari between Mikumi and Nyerere NP. Our driver Salum, who has a great knowledge of the animals and places visited was very good. We managed to see almost all the animals present and we had a memorable experience. The structures in which we stayed were all welcoming and offered buffets for various meals. I would recommend this experience with Smile With Us to everyone

We spent a great time with Smile With Us Tours in África!! We did a one day tour to Kilimanjaro and we had a wonderful time. Since the beginning, the communication with Jacob, the owner, was amazing. He was so attentious and efficient. We made a bank transfer one month before and paid the rest amount in person. Everithing worked perfectly. The day before the trip, he went with the guide Chafii to the hotel to a quick briefing about it. The trip day, the driver picked us up at the hotel and we went all together to Kilimanjaro National Park. Jacob himself, did the hiking with us. He is the kindest person on this planet!! We could see how passionate about his country and about África he is. In the end, we contracted his service to transfer us to the airport, and he gave us a special discount. So, if you need to visit the area for Safaris or Hikings, you should do it with them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Unforgettable and amazing experience

We did a 4 night/ 5 day safari at Mikumi and Nyerere National parks as well as Sanje waterfall hike. This was the perfect combination and variety of activities. Tony was our guide and he did an amazing job showing us around, made sure we saw all kinds of animals and got us as close as possible. Tony was very knowledgeable about the different species and always took him time to explain what we see. We felt very safe with Tony and he was always on time. Excellent service

I booked last minute for a 1 day safari to Selous fron Zanzibar. It was all areanged within 24hrs. All staff were excellent and friendly. I had left my sunglasses in the safari vehicle but was sble to pick them up from Zanzibar airport as they gad them sent over fro the mainland. As I said excellent service

Having a great time in Tanzania thanks to Smile with Us.

In the beginning, I had a few questions about our safari. I was very pleased with quick and fulfilling answers from Jacob. We were picked at the airport and start the route to Mikumi. We spent a half-day in the park and saw many animals. next day on the long way to Selous, we could observe the real life of Tanzanian people and we found very interesting. The third day we spent looking for more animals in the Selous game reserve and we were quite successful. Our driver Hassan was very friendly and knew these parks very well. Thanks to him was our safari trip an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, we cancelled the boat safari and bushwalk because of the heavy rain, but anyway we had a great time during this little adventure. Both camps provided us with nice accommodation and surprised me with their pleasing approach to accommodate my (vegan) diet needs (thanks to Jacob´s involvement). Thanks to Smile with Us my safari dream came true and we would definitely book a safari with them again and recommend them to our friends and family.

Amazing tour of amazing Tanzania!

We had a group of five people taken on an amazing tour of the southern part of Tanzania. We were able to witness countless animals of all different types with the expertise of Muddy as our guide. We felt very safe on the tour with him. We also had amazing meals at the lodges selected for us with the tour. I will never forget this amazing moment in my life. Amazing safari

We had an amazing time in Mikumi and Selous National Park. The communication with the tour operator was really easy and quick. Our guide Salum was the best driver and spotter! He drove very safely and was really experienced. The trip was worth very penny. We can highly recommend this tour (even during rain season)!

We went for a one day trip to Selous with two kids (4) and (7) in a private tour. Everything was very professional even the organization in very short time an everything perfect. Very good company and really very well informed and maximum engaged and friendly guide in the park!

A+ Safari Experience

Jacob was the man behind the operation, he was very helpful in answering my questions and helped me plan the trip and SAVE money. Yes! He helped me SAVE money on lodging by offering the Taji Rest House, which is a great lodge in the middle of the Serengeti (5 stars to the staff that work there, as well). The prices were great, better than other companies. Freddy was the man behind the wheel. He did a great job. He has eyes like binoculars... most of the time, he saw the animals before we did. He had extensive knowledge of all of the animals, as well as the area, itself. He answered all of my questions and did his best to make sure that we saw as many animals as possible... which we did. I'm very happy. The Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater are amazing. I highly recommend going to both places for your safari, and I highly recommend booking your trip with SmileWithUsTours. Also, one more thing I forgot to add: Freddy recommended that I double-check my flight, because he said Precision Air cancels flights a lot... and he was right. Thanks to him, I was able to find out that my flight was delayed and I was able to stay at the safari longer. Thanks again, guys!

Accommodating, friendly, knowledgable

My wife and I did a one day Safari - drive from Dar es Saalam to Mikumi (this was actually a last minute change request by myself as we were supposed to go to Nyerere NP, but I found the roads to be too bumpy for my wife earlier in the week, showing that the company is very accommodating). Though we had less time at Mikumi, we left Dar early and the drive was very nice. Our driver handled the roads well. When we got there, we had another local guide take us in on an open safari vehicle (I had requested this for Nyerere, but they were also able to make this happen at Mikumi last minute). He was able to find many of the highlight wildlife for my wife. It ended beautifully with the guide playing some songs from the lion king (Circle of life) as we drove out watching all of the animals. It was a great experience. Recommend!

Perfect experience

Not knowing what to expect with our safari we got the best. Excellent guide Eric who made us feel comfortable immediately. He's very interactive, knows everything about nature and is a lot of fun. Thanks Eric for being our guide during our 4 day safari. Then you have to know Simba, our native guide during the bush-walk. A great story teller with all the knowhow on how to survive in the bush. We had a lot of fun with Simba and the Massaï. Smile with us is well recommended, just book, you won't be sorry. Thank you Jacob!

Your company managed all of our needs from pick up to drop off and our tour guide for the actual Safari, Stefano, was amazing, accommodating, knowledgeable, flexible, just a joy.
