Reliable operator with amazing guide
I can highly recommend Smile with us Tours. I went on a 3-day safari in Neyere national park with a friend of mine and truly enjoyed the experience, mainly thanks to our guide Eric. Eric is incredible knowledgeable, very friendly and amazing in spotting the animals. We stayed in Neyere tented camp, which is a 15min drive from the gate of the reserve. Due to the large amounts of rain the past period the park was beautiful green, but it made spotting the animals a bit more difficult, luckily for us Eric knew exactly where to go. Can also highly recommend the Boat safari and Bush walk. Smile with us Tours is easy to communicate with and fastly answered all our questions prior to the safari.

Very accommodating and professional service
We did the southern circuit of Tanzania. From the very beginning Smile with Us were quick to respond to our queries, and were very accommodating when it came to tailoring our itinerary. We had a fantastic journey around 4 national parks with a private guide/ driver Khalifa. We saw everything we hoped to see and lots more. Our guide went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience. We would highly recommend.

One of the most incredible experiences of my life with the absolute BEST tour guides!!!
This Safari tour was hands down one of the most spectacular trips I have ever experienced and this is entirely due to the effort put in by Smile With Us Tours. Right from the initial booking, through information for planning, pick up from the airport, the game drives, lodging, food, and everything in between, the tour operators were nothing short of incredible!! We booked a 5 day Safari trip starting at the end of May and covering Tarangire, Serengeti, and Ngorongoro. Our guide Eidi was without a doubt one of the best guides you could ever ask for. Extremely knowledgeable about every single question we asked, as well as exactly where to see the animals, and most importantly extremely fun guy to just hang around with! He made the five days go by in a flash and we never once had a dull moment, seeing Lions, Leopards, Cheeta, Buffalo, Hippo, Vultures, Hyena, Elephants, Giraffe, and so much more. You name it, Eidi knew where to find it! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend getting him as your guide. He knows exactly what he is doing and knows how to have a lot of fun all the while doing it! :) Similarly, our chef Mataio was one of the best cooks I have ever seen in my life and is also an extremely upbeat and fun guy! He took care of us so well that I actually think I ate better while on the safari in the middle of the Serengeti than when I do at home...The food was absolutely fantastic and by the end our whole truck had named him "Mr Delicious". He definitely lives up to that name and you can not possibly have a bad meal experience if he is your chef. Do not go with anyone else for your tour other than Mataio! On this trip we got to see more than I ever could have asked for and because of Eidi and Mataio the trip was so much more fun that I ever could have imagined. I cannot recommend this tour group enough and especially these two guides specifically. Thank you Smile With Us tours for being a part of the most memorable experience of my life! If I could do it all again I wouldn’t change a single thing! You are exceptional!

Excellent communication and easy booking process. Our trip to Selous Game Reserve definately lived up to our expectations. Our tour guide Mudy was fantastic! So helpful and kind. Always willing to go the extra mile so we got the best experience possible! We stayed in Africa safari camp which was fantastic. Food and accommodation was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful trip, one that we will never forget!

The most helpful team and the greatest experience
This was our first Safari tour and we did not know what to expect. It all started with the most helpful Jacob, who helped us organise the tour, listened to all the special requests and adjusted the tour when our flight home was changed. We then got to meet our guide, Fredy, who was the best guide we could wish for. We went on exciting and informative game drives, and in the evening, we had a lot of fun over dinner learning Swahili and talking about our lives. Overall, this has been one of the greatest travel experiences we have ever had. Professional and easy going tour of Ngorongoro
It was easy to book a tour, even though we needed some modification to the itinerary initially suggested, and the price was more than fair. We had a great time in Ngorongoro and many thanks to Jacob and crew for it.

Absolutely amazing safari
From start to end the experience with Jacob and Smile With Us was brilliant. We'd never been on safari before but Jacob made it simple, suggesting a fantastic 6-day trip from Dar es Salaam to Selous and Mikumi national parks. Nothing was too much trouble. On the day we started the wonderful driver and guide Omari showed up with a rugged Land Cruiser, which is just as well as there had been a lot of rain and the vehicle's 4-wheel drive was needed at times as we sloshed through deep mud and water. Throughout Omari was incredible. Really knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He also has a deep respect and love for animals and wildlife, even to the extent of waiting for a column of soldier ants to cross the road in front of us. We saw elephants, lions, hippos, giraffe, buffalo, wildebeest, impala, warthogs, hyaena, zebra and loads of birds and other animals. Perhaps one of the highlights was seeing a huge crocodile eating a zebra on land right next to our vehicle while hordes of vultures waited to come in for their turn. Omari always seemed to have a six sense when it came to finding interesting things to see. He was also one of the most friendly and sociable people I've met, always stopping to chat and exchange info with other drivers and park rangers, or helping change a tyre on another car. The accommodation was good, and we never had to worry about food or water. There were long distances covered, especially driving between Selous and Mikumi, but for us that was part of the fun, and having the opportunity to see ordinary life across Tanzania. The last night was our wedding anniversary and Jacob arranged for a group of Maasai warriors to sing and dance for us at dinner while delivering a cake. Truly special memories. We can't recommend Smile With Us Tours enough. If you choose one company, choose this one.

Great Service + Knowledgeable Guide = Amazing Experience
From the moment we were picked up from our hotel in Zanzibar, we were impressed. Our driver Nordin was absolutely incredible. He was prompt and patient. He escorted us to the airport where we boarded our flight to Selous. Once we arrived Erik was there to pick us up and our 2 day 1 night adventure began. The breakfast and lunch were amazing and both our walking tour and boat tour were educational. We then went out for a late day drive which turned out to be incredible. On day 1 we had already seen 2 of the big 5. (not to mention all the giraffes, zebras, impalas, wild dogs, baboons and pumbas. Our driver was an experienced pro behind the wheel. His maneuvering skills were very impressive. The next day was also incredible. From the packed breakfast on the reserve to our AMAZING lunch at Impala Selous, we were pampered at every turn. This was truly a 5 star experience and we will tell all of our friends about our experience! Don't hesitate to book with this organization.

Everything was as amazing! Our guide was really showing us the best of both parks (Tarangire & Ngorogoro) and gave us a lot of information. We saw 4/5 of "The big five", and a lot of other animals. He did his best to show us so many animals as possible. I can really recomend!

Excellent tour guide and lot to see
We had 3- day safari in Nyerere NP. Everything went according to the plan except some confusion with the flight to Nyerere and with pick up after arriving. The safari itself was great and we felt we got value for the money. Our guide was Eric, who was really good and service oriented. Eric was in a hurry and we had always time to watch the nature as long as we wanted. Eric speaks good English and he knows a lot. We saw so many animals and more than we expected. Boat safari was not very interesting and we didn’t get much out of it. Bushman walk was only a one-man stand up show. If we go there again, we will skip boat trip and bushman and add even more game drive. And for sure ask for Eric. Thanks for the great safari and special thanks to Eric - you did a super job.

Awesome tour, awesome people to enjoy Tanzania
We absolutely loved our safari to Selous. The experience was relaxing and so enjoyable - all details were taken care of and we were able to sit back and relax. Our ride in the morning of the first day arrived on time and was quite pleasant to chat with. Our guide for the safari, Hassan, was fantastic. Hassan made sure that everything, to the best of his ability, went smoothly: from driving through the most seemingly untraversable roads to to securing the best spot to observe elephants crossing the road in front of you to helping you buy and ferry tickets for your next steps after the safari. Hassan's passion for the animals real showed and he was eager to share his knowledge with you. I would highly recommend this company to couples or families safari.

The operator was very helpful and always wanted us having the best time as possible. We saw every animals we wanted. Guide was very nice and also helped us for seeing every animals. Great Adventure
We booked a 3-day safari to Selous. The communication was very good. Since it was our first Safari, we had a lot of questions and Jacob, who organized everything, replied very quickly. Our driver/ guide Kassimu was very reliable and picked us up on time. He had very good knowledge about flaura and fauna and was very professional and friendly during the whole safari. We were lucky to see all the animals we wanted to see (incl. lion, giraffe, zebra, elephant, hippo etc.). The lodge (Africa Safari Camp) was very nice and clean! On our way back to the ferry, the driver made sure we arrived safely. We had a very good first experience and can only recommend Smile with us tours in Africa.
