Once in a lifetime!

We are just back from the best adventure in our lives and just can't wait to share it with all our friends! It was colorful, exciting and very fun! We saw many animals, met so many kind people, had so many different experiences... Toni was the best guide we could have - experienced, fun, with bright knowledge of the animals and the parks. The combination of the two parks was not an easy task because we were a lot on the road, but it gave us the opportunity to see the variety of Tanzanias nature. We had a tour of 3 days/2 nights around Nyerere National Park (Selous) flying from and to Zanzibar. We absolutely loved the whole experience. The details of our tour were well communicated to us and the operator was very quick at responding to all of our questions (started via emails and then moved to WhatsApp). All the guides (boat tour, game, bush walk etc) were super friendly and committed to making sure the visitors enjoy their experience. Our guide for the game was Erick. He was absolutely the best, very knowledgable, friendly and went above and beyond during the game. The accommodation was also good and really adds to the experience. Overall, would highly recommend it.

Fantastic safari experience

All the trip was really well organized by SMILE WITH US , starting from the pick up to the drop off. Jacob was always punctual to reply our questions. The Africa safari camp is beautiful and relaxing. It is just outside the park and you are surrounded by the nature protected every time by Masai. In boat safari, guided by Singha (Masai guide) we saw many hippo, crocodiles, monkeys and birds. The safari was incredible Mr Hassan was a perfect guide, helpful and gentle. He found a lot of animals for us, and he explained their behavior and features. Selous park is a paradise. If we want to find a small flaw, we personally didn't like so much the bush walking because 1hour in our opinion is too short to appreciate it.. Very Thanks to SMILE WITH US

Unforgettable experience!

Leaving in June 2023, we had an excellent time with your team, from start to finish! First, with Omary, very friendly and a very good driver. It allowed us to meet children for the school supplies that we had brought, to enjoy the country thanks to the 5-hour car ride to go to the mainland, to observe the magnificent animals of the Nyerere park (zebras, leopard , elephant, impala, baboons, hyena, giraffe, crocodiles, hippos...), we saw very few tourists, it was great thank you very much! And he helped us a lot with the ferry! Then, Mickaël, our French-speaking guide, perfect too! Wonderful experience!!

I spent great days and experiences in the Serengeti with the help of this reliable company. It was a pleasure to meet Jacob and our Ranger (Amani) who is extremely polite, well run and has great vision to locate the animals. It is noteworthy that he has made our days much more peaceful and interesting. All the accommodations were very comfortable, clean, with good food and great staff. Overall great experience

We went to 2 days Mikumi and one day Udzungwa mountains and we really enjoyed it. Initially our itinerary was to do 1 day Mikumi and 2 days Neyrere but after the drive from Dar es Salaam to Mikumi took nearly 9 hours because of the traffic, we decided to change the plans and the operator was flexible. Communication was good, I guess the only area for improvement is to provide more precise communication a couple of days before the trip instead of the client reaching out with questions (for example, who will be our driver and their contact, where will they wait for us, how to pay for the rest, and other basics). In terms of value, it is definitely not cheap and the safari vehicle was somewhat old, but the accommodation and food during the trip was good. Smile with us tours actually offered the most competitive price in relation to others (I got nearly 10 quotes from different operators). Overall, it was a good experience and would definitely repeat doing safari again.

Brilliant Safari with Smile with us tours

3 generations went on Safari in Nyerere NP. 2 people had been on safaris before. 4 not. Our guide, Allen, picked us up from our hotel in Dar. We went to the Nyerere tented camp. Such luxury! We had a lovely lunch. Got picked up by Allen. Went sailing with Shamban and Amin. Saw 30-40 hippos, crocodiles, birds and an elephant. Went back and had a three meal course. Next day pick up early in the morning. Game drive for 7 hours. This was what we wanted. We saw A LOT of animals. The lunch boxes were good. Allen is an amazing guide; knowledgeable, a good driver and punctual. And has the most heartwarming laugh

We went on a 5 day safari in Selous GR and Mikumi National Park. The contact with Jacob (preparation and payment) was easy and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful safari with Salum Msese as our driver/guide! He could answer us to all questions regarding animals, culture and country. He was always friendly and looking out for us. Safety was is priority (on road and safari). We also met another guide of this tour (Joachim) which was also very helpful. From the absolute start we were treated exceptionally. Our driver Abduhl was very prompt and couldn’t have been nicer The flight over was amazing and once we arrived at the park the same treatment resumed Our guide Kennedy and our driver Dula were an amazing duo! We managed to spot so many animals and Kennedy was on hand to give us information about them. His knowledge of the whole savanna was incredible. I’d give this tour 100 stars if I could.

Awesome experience

We did an amazing 3nights-4days safari in August in NgoroNgoro conservation area and Serengeti National Park. All our expectations have been exceeded. Jacob answered to all our requests doing his best even if we booked few weeks before departure. Our itinerary was pretty tough as we asked to go to the northern Serengeti to see the migration. Our guide Mike was very experienced and professional that drove us just in Front of Mara river to enjoy the crossing and throug hidden spots to see as many animals as possible. Accomodations were great and confortable, we spent 2 nights in a tented camp in central serengeti and 1 night in a mobile camp in the northern serengeti. Great food and amazing service in both of them. We were overall 100% satisfied, i would recommend to ask for Mike as guide and try to stay closer to the river if you wanna see the migration because our tented camp was quite far from It.
