I can fully recommend the Smile with us tours in Africa as a safari organizer. We went for private and budget accommodation option 4 days and 3 nights trip in January 2020 to Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP and Ngorongoro area. We book the drip 2 months in advance. The communication with Jacob was excellent before, during and after our trip. We paid a deposit before the trip through pesapal and the rest in USD in Arusha. Try to get the most recent USD notes as 2006 & 2003 dated ones are rarely accepted. The company picked up from Arusha airport and helped with doing some shopping before safari. At the end of the safari, they provided transport to Kilimanjaro Airport. All that has been agreed before trip. From the beginning to the end everything was well organised and in line with all agreements. The driver and guide Mr Amani is every experienced and tired the best to show us all kind of animals. A chef surprised us with his excellent cooking skills. The car had a foldable roof what is a key during safaris. Camping sides were as expected, all with showers and toilets. The tent was spacious. We managed to see the big 5 but please remember this is not a zoo. It is more about the luck. Summarizing we are impressed of level of organisation and quality of services we received from Smile with us tours in Africa. Please feel free to contact me in case of any questions.

Amazing!
We had such an amazing time on our safari! We were able to see almost all the animals, many of them were very close to us. Our tour guide was great and really did everything he could to help us see as much as possible. Definitely recommend!

First time safari with unsatisfy opertator
We choosed smile with us tour for our tour operator in Tanzania. We felt that Jacob was very active on the communication for planning of the tour and accommodation. On the first day he picked us up late 1 hour and said that our guide will be changed without informing us the reason. We knew later that our guide has just been contacted that morning! Since there has been a change in guide and car and also the poor operation of smile with us tour on the reservation and permit to go to each national park, we spent more than 1.30 hour at each gates (i.e. serengeti and ngorongoro). The worst is that we didn't do the game drive as we spent too much time dealing with all these problems which should not exist if the tour operator is professional enough. Our iternerary was ruined. Our guide tried to manage all problems and planned new itenerary. We felt that this tour operator is very unprofessional.

My experience with Smile tours was awesome, the guide was very supportive with excellent communications skills. They organized two safari for us. After a long tour in Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, we relaxed in an amazing waters in "kikuletwa" hot springs - not hot like expectations but warm, which was okay. We enjoyed the food which was very tasty and drinks with cheap price. We thank you Smile with us tours and the team for preparing this amazing safari for us, we will definitely use your services again.

Everything promised and more!
Safari can be expensive, but Smile with Us definitively delivered everything promised and more. The communication via WhatsApp is quick and easy; Jacob really comes through. The cooking was good and guide was really attentive. We toured Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro privately for 4 days and saw the big 5, cheeta’s and many more animals up close. Camping was well arranged but in a tent expect to sleep accordingly with other people on the grounds around you. Even the airport transfers were really pleasant and well taken care of. Thank you guys!

Jakobo smoothly arranged a day tour for us to visit Sadaani National Park from Dar es Salaam. It was a lovely safari vehicle, they also organised lunch and a boat ride as per our wishes. Our tour guide helped us to see as many animals as we could. It was a great day and we are thankful.

Prompt, reliable, responsive, and great value for money
My family recently (July 2024) completed a 14 day safari in Tanzania (plus a couple of pre & post days in Arusha and Dar Es Salaam). Of these, 7 days were in the North (covering Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro), and the remaining 7 days were in the South (covering Nyerere, Mikumi and Ruaha). It also included a couple of flights within Tanzania. The entire trip was arranged with the help of ‘Smile With Us Tours In Africa’, and I have nothing but nice things to say about them. All planning, booking, payments, etc. were centrally coordinated by Jacob, who has been absolutely wonderful! I started by requesting an itinerary from Jacob. He was prompt, and the itinerary he shared covered all the parks I wanted to visit. I worked with him closely to fine-tune the number of nights in each park, change specific camps / lodges, and add extra activities like walking safaris and night safaris. This took several iterations, and Jacob was always very prompt in sharing the revised itinerary. I was working with a couple of other providers as well, and Smile’s quote was the best for the itinerary I wanted. Once everything was to my satisfaction, I finally booked the safari with him in July 2023 by paying 30% of the cost in advance (with the remaining due a few days before the start date). Considering the amount involved ran into 1000s of dollars, I was apprehensive about the advance as well as the final payment. After all, I would be paying the whole amount before the safari had even started! What if Smile couldn’t deliver, or if things went wrong? Fortunately, my apprehensions proved to be completely unfounded! From booking till the beginning of the safari, Jacob kept me informed periodically about the progress regarding hotel bookings, flight bookings, etc. He was also very responsive whenever I had any question – he typically responded within a few hours of my email, which was amazing considering the time difference of 7 hours between the US and Tanzania! A few days before the start of the safari, he also shared his local contact numbers as well as the contact number of the guide assigned to me. Once my trip started, the execution by Smile / Jacob was flawless. All airport pickups and drop-offs were on time, and the guides / drivers assigned to me were pleasant, welcoming and knowledgeable. The camps / lodges were excellent, and the 4x4 Land Cruisers assigned to us both in the North & South circuit were in excellent condition with comfortable seating, a built-in fridge and outlets for charging. I firmly believe that the true test of any organizer is when things go wrong, and Smile / Jacob shined there as well. We had 2 nights booked in a lodge in Nyerere (Nyerere Tented Camp). When we reached there, it had a lot of things that ticked us off: the atmosphere was not at all welcoming, it had hygiene issues, and it had geckos – lots of them! Having geckos on the walls is one thing - this place had so many crawling on the floor of the restaurant!! I brought this up with Jacob, and he immediately found an alternate accommodation for the second night – and this was during the high season! Another instance of making things right was when our Land Cruiser broke down on the last day (which is not a reflection on the condition of the vehicle – the best of vehicles break down in the tough conditions of these parks!). Jacob worked with our lodge, and arranged a game drive through them to make sure that our experience didn’t suffer and we ended our trip on a happy note! All in all, I had a very positive experience with Smile / Jacob from the beginning of the planning to the end of the trip. I would not hesitate to utilize their services again, and whole-heartedly recommend them! A special shout-out to our guide Salum Msese (aka Salim) – he was absolutely wonderful, and went above and beyond several times in the 7 days we spent with him on the Southern circuit. Just to give an example: We had a day full of driving (Nyerere to Mikumi that took 9 hours), followed by a night game drive (3.5 hours) - and he did it with a smile, without any hint of tiredness. The next day, he did an early game drive and then another long drive (Mikumi to Ruaha that took 7 hours) - and this was after only 4 hours of sleep! Salum was always eager to show us as many animals as possible, and took every effort to ensure this – he followed lion footprints, spoke with other guides, and made sure we had the best possible experience.

Amazing and wonderful experience!!!
We went on a 5 day safari in Selous GR and Mikumi National Park (including boat safari, Maasai, and walking with a bushman). During the preparation of our trip the contact with Jacob was very smooth and he arranged everything to perfection! We had a wonderful safari with Salum Msese as our driver/guide! His experience, safety and friendliness made our trip to the next level! He was very knowledgeable about the animals and the parks and knew exactly where we could find the animals! We would recommend the tours with this company (Smile With Us Tours) to anyone and we will never forget this trip!!

Everything was great! Jacob is available almost 24/7, always replying very quickly, describing fully all available options and giving advice. And the price is very good comparing to other companies. Jeeps are in a good condition. Guides are excellent. Special thanks to Matata - he is simply the best!

A reliable and flexible company
We made a safari with Smile for 8 days. We visited three NP, Nyerere, Mikuni , Ruaha. The company is very flexible and adjusted the program to our wishes. They do what they offer and communication with Jacob Moshi is good. It is a reliable company and that is important. In Nyerere park we had Mr Deo as driver/guide. We had an open car which is excellent. Mr Deo is enthousiastic and an expert. For the other two parks we had Mr Saloum as driver-guide. He has a lot of experience in the parks. In Zanzibar Smile is represented by Mr Nurdin. Excellent services. Overall , good and reliable company. Highly recommended.

Unforgettable trip with amazing tour guide
We flew in from Zanzibar and did a 2 day safari in Nyerere, and everything was very well organised. We can't say enough good things about our guide Eric, who does his job with a lot of passion. He is very knowledgeable, and never got tired from our many questions. Our kids (15-22 y/o) enjoyed every minute of the trip, from the moment we arrived. Seeing a giraffe even before touching down sure helped to get them enthusiastic, but honestly, the breakfast location, the people, the safari, the lodge, everything was just super special. Our kids ate termites during the bush walk, were fascinated by the many different and special birds we saw during the boat trip, and couldn't get enough of the truck ride. It was december so we didn't get to see zebras or buffalos (at least not living ones) but we saw all the other animals. Elephants wading through the water with little babies, tens of crocodiles resting after feasting on a buffalo, hippos from far and very nearby, giraffes with their babies, a pregnant lioness, baboons, turtles, impalas, warthogs, bush babies, waterbucks, it was just amazing. Thank you Eric, for giving us this unforgettable experience.

The tour was very well organised and we had an excellent tour guide. Communication from booking to the actual day was very good and they were very responsive. The tour was exactly as described, accommodation was lovely - rustic but lovely. The staff were very attentive and were proud to show their culture. In terms of the safari we were so fortunate and saw 1 male lion and 2 lionesses as well as elephants, zebra, buffalo etc.The list was endless we saw most animals and they were in abundance. In terms of value for money compared to other tours this was excellent and we had a private tour as it was just me and my partner. In terms of our host Salum Msese he was great from start to finish and was an amazing trouble shooter (we had a couple issues with the vehicle ) which he quickly rectified and he even managed to rescue another tour guides vehicle when they got stuck in the sand! Overall an amazing experience and I fully recommend.

Professionalism and competence
Fantastic 5 night safari at Mikumi, Nyerere and Udzungwa Mountains parks with Smile with us. The staff we communicated with for the organization was very helpful and prepared to accommodate our requests. The guide Hassan speaks good Italian and managed our entire trip with great professionalism. The driver was competent and professional. The hotels we stayed at (Bastian Camp and Nyerere Tended camp) are quality hotels with great accommodations, exquisite cuisine and exceptional staff. The hotel inside the Mikumi park (Bandas camp) offers very simple accommodation and cuisine but still equipped with everything you need. Doing this type of safari by car was fascinating because it allowed us to see and learn about many local realities. Mikumi and Nyerere parks are smaller parks than those in the north but with the great advantage of a lower presence of tourists. Nyerere is still a rather authentic park! We spotted, even very closely, giraffes, antelopes, elephants, lions, zebras, wildebeests, hippos, hyenas and various birds. The excursions to the Masai village, the safari boat and the trip to the Udzungwa Mountains were fantastic. Particular and curious is the walking safari of about two hours with Doctor Simba to discover the traditions linked to the different plants of the savannah. We booked the tour and made the full prepayment but had to cancel the trip to Tanzania because of the family reasons. The company "Smile with us" fully reimbursed our expenses as it was agreed and described in the terms of conditions. They were all the time online and responsive to the different requests. I trust this company because in addition to the professional tour's arrangements they were fully committed to send the prepayment back. Good service and smart work with the customers.

Professional guide and wonderful experience
Communication was fast and easy. I had exact information and very good service. We visited Selou game reserve and Mikumi national park. They were very different from each other: in Mikumi there was savanna and in Selou it was more forest and brushwood. Our guide called was Hassan and he was polite, nice and knew a lot about animals and nature and what is the most important: he respected animals and the beautiful nature around us. I recommend Smile with us tours!

The tour operator sent the offer in few hours and for my additional questions the promptly answer. All the tour steps were organised by the company proffesionally. Our driver, Mr. Salum Msese offered an enjoyable offroad tour across riverbed, bushes and impossible places. We could observe a lot of animals, animal familiesand their movements. First at all, I want to show my appreciation to this magnific Safari tour that in all the tour they had an incredible service in all the senses. Me and my friends we had 3 days safari with Smile With Us and from the first day we had very good connection with the driver and the cheff (Thanks Amani and Erasto), they explain to us everything about the animals and spots that we had during the trip. The cheff was awesome with all the breakfasts, lunchs n dinners. People was jealous from us for having such an amazing meals jajaja TOP!. #Erasto number 1. The driver was totally good in the whole trip. We enjoyed so much with him, his pattient and good humour with us for taking pictures everywhere and talk about everything of the safari was very good. He struggled a lot to search the best animals around for looking at them. The jeep is super comfortable, the roof is nice to have other views. The windows is ok. Generally, the car is perfect for the tour. Thank you so much Amani. Finally the conection by whatsapp with the guy fixing the planing and the options for the safari was very good. He answer really fast and help in everything u need if u have doubts about the trip. So if I have to give a rate to this marvelous team is 100 of 10. Outstanding, professional and stress-free
Just WOW, I cannot thank Smile With Us enough. We went on a 2 day safari trip to Nyerere National Park and it was an experience my wife and I will never forget. I must give a massive shout out to Maarufu our tour guide. He was just incredible, he knew the area like the back of his hand and he is so knowledgeable. When we come back to Africa for another safari (because we have to come back it was that good). We will not be using any other provider only Smile With Us.
