Smooth and good experience

Great safari experience. The organiser was flexible and communication prior to the trip was smooth. Upon arrival we were greeted and everything worked according to schedule (except one hotel was changed last minute). The tour guide was friendly although sometimes it was a bit difficult to communicate.

If I could give 6 stars, I would!

We had a truly amazing experience with Josh Dreamland!!! From the very beginning, even before booking, Josh Dreamland was very communicative and responsive to all our questions and priorities. They put in every effort to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. And I cannot underscore how phenomenal our safari experience was either! Our guide, Praise, was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but very funny, personable, and dedicated to ensuring that we had the best holiday. We saw more than we ever imagined possible throughout our 5-day safari and ate so much too! Props to our chef, Paster, for the delicious food and wonderful company as well!!! We absolutely recommend Josh Dreamland to everyone and will be booking again next time we come to Tanzania!

An Unforgettable 5-Day Safari Experience! I had the pleasure of joining Josh Dreamland Safari for a 5-day adventure that took me to some of the most breathtaking parks in Tanzania, including Serengeti, Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara. From start to finish, everything was perfectly organized, making this an unforgettable journey. One of the highlights was the balloon safari over Serengeti. The view of the endless plains and wildlife from above was absolutely surreal, and it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The thrill of floating over the savannah as the sun rose is something I'll never forget. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and made sure we got the most out of every game drive, spotting everything from lions and elephants to cheetahs and giraffes. The safari jeep was comfortable and well-equipped, ensuring a smooth ride through the wild landscapes. I want to give a special thanks to Angel and the team at Josh Dreamland Safari for their exceptional service, professionalism, and for making this experience truly special. Efficient, and great hospitality.

It’s a once in a lifetime type experience. We selected a four day lodge tour. The booking process was straightforward and simple, Angel kept in touch at all times, and the team was very accommodating to our ever changing arrival time; due to flight changes. Would recommend a private tour, as it allows for more flexibility and adaptability. I would also may suggest booking two nights in the Serengeti , as opposed to one. As you do find yourself quite tired whilst travelling deeper in to the national parks. All the lodges were amazing, offering different experiences, views, and hospitality levels. Throughly enjoyed the experience in the Serengeti, being awoken by lions and Hippo’s. Our driver Praise was exceptional, he went out his was to ensure a good journey, good views, and kept us well looked after. I would definitely recommend the group. Be prepared to be reminded about tipping etc.

Incredible safari for our honeymoon

My wife and I had such a perfect time in serengeti, Tarangire, and Ngorongoro. It was a great celebration and we felt very taken care of by Josh Dreamland Safari. We were very happy with the price, communication, accommodation, and most importantly the experience! We can't wait to come back again when we're able and will recommend this company to everyone

Well organised exciting safari

Josh Dreamland gave a very professional and personal service from Elizabeth who was very helpful and promptly communicative on Whatspp. She was instrumental in setting up a perfect customised itinerary for us which included the great migration followed by an awesome adventure and animal sightings in the Serengeti. It was also interesting to visit the other landscapes of the Ngorongoro caldera, Lake Manyara and the Tarangire National Parks over our trip of 6 days & 5 nights. Safaris are expensive but Josh Dreamland appears to offer reasonable value compared to others for a truly amazing holiday and life experience. As a family of 4 we really appreciated the private safari just for us with more space to move around in the jeep. I’m so happy we did this as a family, it was our best family holiday experience by far! I’ve never seen the kids so excited and interested in all the wildlife and experience of Tanzania and Africa Our safari guide, Godfrey, was experienced, polite and friendly who expertly knew where to look for the animals and had good knowledge about their behaviour. He positioned the jeep in the best vantage points to view the animals. He appeared well-connected and respected by other guides, which also helped locate the animals. We were surprised of how many animals we managed to see with the game drives continuously enthralling us with the variety and abundance of different animals along the way. The accommodation and meals were of a high standard and we were particularly impressed with the luxury camping in the Serengeti!

Once in a lifetime experience

We went on a 2 day safari organised by josh dreamland safari and had a great time. The website is very easy to use and helps you find the right safari for your specific demands . We have never been on a safari before and wanted to try it out first without spending to much money. We had a lot of questions beforehand and Angel was very patient and responded quickly via whats app even late in the evening, so the communication was excellent. We were picked up at the airport and taken to our accomodation on time and if you want they also arrange accomodation for you. The safari itself was wonderful. We had a lovely driver who spotted animals which we would have never seen ourselves and explained a lot about nature, history and the animals. Even though we had booked a low budget safari and therefore did not have high expectations the lodge where we spent the night was very nice with a swimmingpool and a nice restaurant/ bar with good food and entertainment in the evening. Altogether it was all very professionally organised and we can recommend joshs dreamland safari and would certainly go on another safari with them , when we come back to Tansania.

Solid service and a breathtaking experience!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience traveling with Josh Dreamland! We saw and learned more than we could have ever imagined beforehand! We don't think there's a better value that you could get for these prices. The office responded to our texts near-on immediately. Our guide was very knowledgeable, experienced and really funny. Our accomodations were really charming and we slept very well. Our cars were in decent enough condition but due to the rough terrain the transmission got damaged beyond repair so we were stranded for a while. However, we were very impressed with the organisation to get us back on the road as quick as possible and the time we lost was made up for! We want to thank everybody at Josh Dreamland but especially Angel and Bulldozer for helping us have an amazing time and completing the big 5! Warm regards, Steph and Jack

Good if your main goal is seeing the big five

Good information for reservation process and content of booking. A few weeks before trip start I heard nothing so I contacted the company about how we are going to meet up etc. After one repetition of questions I got all the answers. I would have wanted to get more information eg about shared tour meaning other companies are involved. Eg guide was not through Josh dreamland. Guide did not give much facts during the tour, a private guide would have been more engaged maybe. Guide did engage solving a problem with our booking while on the road and was very helpful to other guides when they got caught in sandbank and even were in a car accident. Our guide drove very safely. Cooks were excellent. We saw four of the big five during the two day tour and even a cheetah so I am happy with what I saw, Tarangire was great, Ngorongoro not exactly worth all driving.

We booked a 3 day safari via Josh dreamlands which involved lake Manyara, Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater for our honeymoon. We had such a lovely time. They knew it was for our honeymoon and went above and beyond to make it a special experience. Communication was excellent. We had 1 issue where our tour guide did not arrive at the expected time and this was easily resolved via contact through WhatsApp. Definitely recommend booking through this company. We were even lucky enough to see the big 5 on our safari.

We really enjoyed our safari and are thoroughly satisfied with the company we chose ( in fact it has been recommended by. a friend who travelled with them in March. Prior to the trip communication was prompt and transparent, we knew what to expect, and the logistics have been very well organised and communicated to us( huge thank you to Elizabeth, you are a star).The accommodation they selected for us, all 3 lodges were magnificent. Special massive thank you to our guide/driver Luka- what a true find! Not only is he the best driver out of all we saw, he was also helped other drivers in need. But what really makes him stand out , is his ability to spot the animals while driving( I mean, a tiny grey meerkat creature against a grey rock-really?)) Thank to him, we saw much more animals than we ever expected. Happy customers here.

We were guided to wonderful places by Machete, who introduced us to the beauty of Tanzania with extreme professionalism and kindness. Super organised, helpful and the best time!!

Just got back from a 3 day safari with Josh’ dreamland safari and have the most incredible time! Our tour guide Simba spotted all of the animals within seconds! A big shout out the Angel who helped me arrange the Safari, I had a full professional itinerary brochure sent to me of all the daily activities and accommodation which i loved. The whole experience was unforgettable!! Super smooth and well organised! The food was also delicious which was a big plus!!!
