Totally Fantastic

Excellent service, lovely lodges and friendly , helpful people. Kelvin our driver guide was soooo good. We are very experienced safari goers and this rated as one of the best, maybe the best, given the amazing wildlife we saw. KML didn't transfer our luggage so we arrived with nothing and we were leaving for our first lodge early next morning. The amazing Elizabeth in the office liaised with the airport and sorted the problem. Kelvin got the luggage for us so we could contine our trip in clean clothes! Would definitely recommend Josh Dreamland and intend to be back!

WONDERFULL VERY KIND!

We were 3 adults and one children for a Safari trip and we have booked with Josh Dreamland Safaris for 4 days safari and two days in Arusha. First day we arrive Arusha and Elizabeth and Josh went to pick Up us to the airport and bring us to the hotel,wich It was really a nice welcome for us they given us as a gift a t-shirts for allí of us. Second day in the morning we went to Manyara lake and sleept in a Budget camp that was really confortable with rooms and beds. Next day we went to Serengeti and do a evening safari,sleept in Serengeti in camping and the night was really amazing with búfalos,hienas and elefants around the camping place. Early the morning our guide take us to see the sunrise wich was a really great experience and the we do more game drive til' 14:00 and leave to Ngorongoro were we do sleept. In the morning we do Ngorongoro and went to sleep to Budget camp again. Next day we went to Tarangire and at the end they bring us again to our Hotel in Arusha . Last they pickup us to bring us back to the airport for our flight. All the time our guide Matthew was really great with us explaining everything and asking what we wanted to do or see. He was also so nice and make our safari a great trip! We have seen all the Big 5 wich was amazing too. Our chef Dennis do our food all the days for us and the first day he ask what kind o food and breakfast we do rather prefer. He is a really good chef everything was so good all days! Great experience on Safari

We had a great time on our four day safari. It was such a special experience. The communication and brief with Angela and her team in advance was very good. On safari we felt very safe and well guided by our driver David. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing safari experience with Josh Dreamland

We had a great experience doing our Tanzania safari with Josh Dreamland. We were a large group (9 adults and 5 kids) and we wanted a customized + fully private tour with luxury lodges. Elizabeth and Angel from Josh Dreamland were very patient with our questions, customized the itinerary per our request and ensured we have a good safari experience. An example of how they went out of the way is that Elizabeth accompanied me back to the airport at 2am on my request as I was returning alone with kids at night. Highly recommend them!!

Budget safari exceeded expectations

We had a great time on our safari. Our guide, Jabir, was awesome. He was the best at spotting animals, routinely checked in with us throughout the trip, and was a genuinely kind and fun person to be around. He even arranged for my boyfriend to have a cake on his birthday! Mathayo our chef kept us full with 3 yummy meals a day that exceeded my expectations of food while camping. Angel at the office was so helpful answering my questions prior to booking and making sure we had all the information to make the trip spectacular on a budget. Finally, the camping was perhaps the most comfortable I've ever been camping. Every night the tent was already set up for us and had a thick sleeping pad or two with a sleeping bag and the facilities all had showers and toilets. I would highly recommend Josh Dreamland Safari. We had such a memorable time not only seeing beautiful animals but also meeting so many fun people along the way.

4D3N Safari with Josephat Temba, Josh Dreamland

Guided by Josephat Temba and had the 4D3N safari. In addition to being able to see most of the animals we wanted, Temba was a fantastic guide and really shared a lot from his wealth of experience as a guide and from his studies! Sharing about the behaviours and history of the animals and the land itself made it a very engaging and interesting few days. We were well taken care of during the safari and even during the camping portion, the tents were set up for us and warm enough during the cold nights. It was also a great opportunity to meet people from across the world! Overall a fantastic experience and happy with what we got.

It has to be considered that the safari was planned on little budget, so the overnight stays consisted mostly of camping and dirty facilities. That are the circumstances which you have to deal with, independently from the provider of the safari. The safari itself was great! We had a well-informed guide who showed us all the treasures of Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro. His name is Mandarin and he was a very motivated und informed guy creating a nice atmosphere in our six person group. We had a great cook as well, his name is Pascal. You cannot rate high enough what he did for us! Food was every time delicious. To conclude, the organization of our tour was extraordinary good. Our contact person was Angel and she was always available for us. She also arranged a short term change of plans as we wanted to visit Lake Manyara but there were almost no animals any more. So in the end we had one more night in the Serengeti. Thanks to all of you, we had a nice safari!!:)

All their parks were amazing, the animals Uouou, you depend a lo about the luck cause is quiet difficult to see a leopard or those kind of animals but I’m sure that if you try and try and kept moving around the park you will find them.

Great Safari with suberb wildlife viewing and a great guide

We had a great safari and saw a great array of wildlife. We saw many lions , leopads and cheetah ( including a live kill by a cheetah on an antelope. Our guide was great, the accommodation very good and the company were much helpful when we had a few problems : our luggage missed our plane connection in Amsterdam and Josh Dreamland really helped with getting our baggage delivered to the next stop on our safari. Also on the last day the helped get a police report following the stealing of some optical equipement on our last evening. Despite our couple of problems we had a great safari and found Josh Dreamland an excellent company

Great in logistics and organising.

They are quick to respond when you have any question and really attentive, they were very reliable when organising the transport to the hot air balloon site. The experience has good value for money. The car, tents and sleeping bags were fitting of this adventure. The tents and sleeping bags were clean in every campsite, the food was amazing throughout the trip and the vehicle was in very good condition.

We had a great time on Safari, we managed to see the big 5 and there were lots of lions and close up experiences. We went to some lovely tented lodges and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A well organized operator who consistently checks that everything runs smooth

We did a 5-day tour and I cannot thank Josh Dreamland Safari enough for organizing it. Our driver and guide, Frances, accompanied us during the safari and made sure we saw all the animals. He cared so much for us even when he dropped us off at the campsite. Before leaving, he greeted us with our personal chef, Richard, and would chat with us to prepare us for the night and the following day. Richard met us each night at the campsite and prepared delicious food for us! Richard was so kind to ask if we had any food prefernces. On the fifth day, we visited materuni waterfall and had an exceptional time making coffee with the Materuni people! It’s a once in a lifetime experience and they all want to make sure that you enjoy each and every minute of it. Once you book your tour, rest assure that the operator will be ready to ammend your safari if you wish to make any changes. I like how the operator kept good contact with us during the weeks prior to our safari. We were given a packing list for our safari. Look no further and book your tour with Josh Dreamland🙂

Nothing was too much trouble for Josh Dreamland Safaris

We were a party of 5 from Wales, UK and have just returned from an incredible 5 day, 4 night safari with Josh Dreamland Safaris. We flew into the Serengeti and then travelled back to Arusha through the Ngorogoro Crater and Tarangire National Park. Our guide was Dickson who was very knowledgeable about the animals, fauna & flora. We saw lots of animals and stayed in fantastic lodges. Angel from HQ arranged everything for us. With all the online fraud and scams it was a bit concerning sending large sums of money to the company prior to leaving the UK. However, Angel was in touch all the way through the process and we were picked up from our hotel for our flight from Zanzibar to Seronera and we were greeted by our guide at the airport to start our safari. Lizbet who works with Angel at HO on reservations accompanied us on our safari to experience first hand the safari and accommodation so that they could all improve the customer experience at the reservation stage. So well done Josh Dreamland for this initiative. Lizbet was a joy to have along on the trip with us. When we were doing our research into visiting the Serengeti, the end of October didn’t seem to be the best time to visit. However, approximately 40% of the migrating animals had returned so there were plenty of zebra, wildebeest, buffalo and gazelles to see. Furthermore, we saw so many lions we lost count, along with a cheetah, a leopard up a tree with its kill, hyenas, elephants, giraffes and warthogs galore. A lot of the animals had recently had their young, which added to the experience. We saw Rhino in both the serengeti and the crater, albeit at a distance. Tarangire is the park of elephants and it certainly didn’t disappoint. A herd of over 100 elephants were at the riverside and watching the baby elephants playing and being mischievous was a joy. A pack of 8 hyenas also had a staring role whilst they rolled in a mud pool following a recent kill, taking turns at chasing off the vultures waiting for the last pickings. However, as we were leaving for the day we were fortunate to come across a pride of 8 lions very actively getting ready to hunt. They put on quite the display for us, and came so close I actually closed the truck window! Fortunately the zebras got away on this occasion. Thank you Josh Dreamland we had a fantastic trip.

Extremely caring and helpful 🩷

From the start, Angel in the office was extremely helpful and flexible. On the actual (4 day) safari I was blown away by the beautiful landscapes, abundant animals, fun guide (David), and excellent chef (Matthew) - we were eating 3 course home cooked meals! I didnt have to worry about a thing, everyone in charge made sure I was getting where I needed to be, etc. I ended up in a jam when one of my medical devices battery unexpectedly died, and Angel made arrangements to get a replacement battery delivered to me in the middle of nowhere - literal life savers! I really appreciated how kind and caring everyone was.
