Jambo - I wanted to show my family the Heart of Africa and we received so much more! We loved every minute. Hotel Pick-up, flight and fantastic game drives in Nyerere NP left unforgettable memories. Highlight was a night safari with dinner in the park. The guides did everything to show us the beauties of this unspoilt place on earth! After many hours in the car searching for animals we finally even found a big group of simba! We will never forget these 3 days-only possible because of passionate people who love what they are doing and that can be felt. Asante sana for everything! Amazing Tour to Materuni and Chemka Hot Springs!

We had a fantastic experience with Kareem as our driver and guide to the Materuni Waterfalls, the local coffee farm, and the Chemka Hot Springs! We started the day at Materuni after a lovely transfer there with Kareem. Our local guide Gody (Fetty) was full of knowledge of the local Chaga traditions and foods. He was also very funny and a great photographer. The hike to the waterfalls wasn’t overly difficult, but you will need to walk on some logs and use a walking stick. It is quite muddy so I would highly recommend you wear the rain boots they suggest because your shoes will get quite dirty. After the hike the Chaga tribe made us lunch specializing in banana flavors and offered locally made banana beer, wine, and schnapps. The coffee tour was very fun with song and dance. The local children took videos and photos and their photography skills were crazy good! The coffee was very good. After the waterfalls, our driver then took us to Chemka hot springs where our feet were tickled by little fish and we got to go on a swing into the water. The place was very beautiful and serene. Kareem went far above and beyond and took us to a local food spot called Uzunguni City Park for dinner and we tried some local dishes called Chipsi mayai with goat. Kareem really was the highlight of our tour as he provided a lot of local knowledge about each place and he took us to an ATM when needed and to dinner. We are so glad we took this tour and we highly recommend it to anyone!

Excellent 5 day calving season safari

Nkollo Safari delivered an absolutely unforgettable five-day experience in Tanzania that deserves every one of its five stars. From start to finish, everything ran seamlessly and far exceeded our expectations. Our guide, Richard, was outstanding – incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely passionate about wildlife, and always eager to share insights about the ecosystems and animals we encountered. Thanks to his sharp eyes and expertise, we were able to see the Big Five and witness incredible real-life action from lions and leopards that we will be talking about for years. The itinerary was well designed, covering Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti and Ndutu, each showcasing a different side of Tanzania’s stunning landscapes and wildlife. Every day felt unique, from elephant herds and baobab trees to vast plains full of game and dramatic crater views. Accommodations along the way were thoughtfully chosen, comfortable and well located, allowing us to relax fully between game drives. We also had the chance to get a glimpse into the life of the Maasai people, which added a meaningful cultural dimension to the trip and helped us appreciate Tanzania beyond just its wildlife. Overall, this safari was truly above expectations and one of the best travel experiences we have ever had. We highly recommend Nkollo Safari – and especially Richard – to anyone looking for an authentic, well-organized and unforgettable Tanzanian safari.

This safari tour went beyond my expectations !!!

First of all, I should have made the safari tour reservation a few months in advance. However, I did it in less than two weeks before my holiday. Thank you to Allan who were super responsive although my kids would like to alter the itinerary for the Maasai and the hot air ballon. The reservation went smoothly. The itinerary, route, accomodation, vehicle, food and drink was fantastic. Jephter, our driver, provided very good service. He was knowledgeable and experienced. He could manage to find all the big five. This tour was well worth it.

You’d be crazy to book with anyone else. I’ve traveled a lot - and quite a bit through Africa - and Nkollo is one of my best experiences. Genuinely. From the beginning, Mercy was quick to respond and point me in the right direction. She answered all my questions and made sure all the payments and invoices were clear as well. John was our guide and was exceptional. He took us to the best spots, was so friendly and professional. Importantly, for those who want an authentic and responsible guide, he respects nature. When other companies went illegally off path - cutting animals’ ability to hunt or stressing them - he found the best spots AND respected the animals and nature. This is so important for the experience and for the continued viability of these incredible parks. And they are Tanzanian owned! You can’t go wrong! BOOK BOOK BOOK!

All was marvellous and the team was fantastic. Good travel with taxi and plane. During the 3 days, David was a really good guide with a lot interesting informations and very good services. Déo was a really good driver, we saw all the animals lions Buffalos girafes elephants hippopotams yennas wild dogs and many others. The night gaming was magic. The African's menus were delicious and we had 2 sun down very Nice. Thanks a lot for all. We are enjoyed 🥰. (Excuse me for my bad english. I'm from France😉)

Couldn’t of wished for a more perfect holiday

Cannot put into word how magnificent this week had been and that’s all down to Ringo our tour guide. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay in Tanzania was amazing. His knowledge of the area and animals was astounding and exceeded every single expectation. He was extremely attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble. We managed to see the big 5 which was very impressive. Ringo asked daily what we hoped to see on our tours, he full filled everyone of our requests, however fully appreciate that isn’t always possible with nature. Would I choose Nkollo Tours again, most definitely 100%.

Well organised and good communication

Our safari with Nkollo tours was really good. We were picked up on time and followed the itinerary we were given. Simon our guide did well to help us spot lots of animals and the food was really good the whole time. We were joined by other people on our tour which we didn’t know about but there was space in the car so that was fine. The campsites were also a little cold with thin sleeping bags. Apart from that, the 4 day safari was really good and Allan was also available to communicate with and checked in with us during the safari.

They are well prepared in delivering services

The Safari was great, the organization was amazing and the attention from the owner, the guide and the cook was incredible. I was in touch with Allan before i traveled because I had so many questions as it was my first safari and I was also traveling alone. He advised me which pack would be the best to see more animals during March and I booked a small group safari for 3 days in Serengeti and ngorongoro. When I reached Arusha he contacted me also to make sure everything was good and during the trip the guide and the cook took very good care of us and always letting us decide what we wanted to see, how long we wanted to stay in each place to watch the animals. We were always astonished about their good eyes which discovered the animals long time before us and able to answer our numerous questions regarding animals and culture. Also our cook Paul surprised us every day with delicious meals. I would book with them again and again. Their prices are the best online and in person compared to most companies. Im very happy i did the Safari with them.

Tanzania: A once in a lifetime experience

We chose Nkollo Tours for our honeymoon safari after months of researching different tour companies, and we’re really glad we did. From the start, Allan was incredibly helpful, he answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly, was flexible with special requests, and offered a wide range of accommodation options. We stayed in seven different places, and each one was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, with friendly staff and great food. The payment process was simple: half upfront, half when we arrived. Once we landed in Tanzania, everything was already arranged. Kareem picked us up from the airport, and from that moment on, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Meeting Allan in person was also a nice touch, he made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. After a relaxing first night in Arusha, we began our safari adventure. We spent five days exploring Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire, and we were incredibly lucky to have Emmanuel as our guide. Emmanuel was the heart of our safari, his deep knowledge of wildlife, sharp eye for spotting animals, and warm personality made every day unforgettable. He made sure we saw the Big Five and so much more, and he took the time to share stories and insights about Tanzanian culture that added real depth to the experience. He was patient, thoughtful, and clearly passionate about what he does. Traveling with him felt like being with a friend who genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. After the safari, we did a day trip to Materuni Waterfall and the Chagga village. Kareem drove us there and joined us for the coffee tour and traditional meal afterward, which were both well organized and really enjoyable. The hike to the waterfall was beautiful but slippery, a perfect way to wind down after the excitement of the safari. Overall, our honeymoon with Nkollo Tours was everything we hoped for and more. Everyone we met was kind, professional, and easy to talk to. The whole trip felt personal, well thought out, and full of moments we’ll never forget. We’d absolutely recommend Nkollo Tours to anyone planning a safari in Tanzania and we can't wait to go back.

I don’t even know where to begin to describe our time with Nkollo Safari — it was simply unforgettable. We spent 4 incredible days with them, but before talking about the safari itself, I need to say a few words about Allan, the first person I spoke to when I started planning this trip. He was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond to help us — even with things that weren’t his responsibility, like solving issues with our flights. Allan, thank you for your patience and for finding the best options for our journey. You were our first good impression of Tanzania. And now… the tour! It was amazing, exciting, full of magic. Our guide Jeff made the experience unforgettable. From day one, he helped us feel at home in Tanzania — teaching us songs and phrases in Swahili (which impressed locals everywhere we went!), and sharing so much about the culture, the people, and the wildlife. Jeff was not only incredibly fun and warm, but also extremely professional. He drove safely the entire time and knew exactly where to go to find the animals — on our very first day, we saw the Big Five and so much more. He has a true gift for what he does. The food throughout the trip was delicious, and the lodges chosen by Nkollo were just perfect. Serengeti Safari Haven deserves a special mention — luxury in the middle of the wild. One morning, I opened my tent and an elephant was walking right in front of me. I’ll never forget that moment. Everything was just perfect — the care, the planning, the people, the memories. Perfect organized tour

3 days Safari Tours organized by Mr Allan from Nkollotours Hi all, we arrived home after a great experience of 3 days Safari Tours in Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara all organized perfectly by Mr Allan. He's really a perfect organizer: we had an excellent driver (careful with an excellent car and comfortable) and a wonderful cooker. They followed us for these 3 marvellous days, looking after us 3 (we also have a child of 6 years old) with a great accuracy. The trip was wonderful and the accomodation in the campsite really optimal. Allan is a really honest guy, he cares us as we were part of his family. We cannot compare him to any other person met during all our previous vacation. Really reccomended and the price was the best we ever had!!cheap with a wonderful service.

Mr Allen made the perfect itinerary for us. With the right selection of game drives and lodges. He gave us an excellent Jeep with an driver with a 20 yr experience. He was excellent at spotting animals. We saw the big 5 and many more. Totally recommend Mr.Jephter. We had hot lunch hampers , all the 5 days. The lodges we were put up in were all very comfortable.
